Wat Intharam Worawihan: The Royal Temple of King Taksin

🙏 Wat Intharam Worawihan, a third-class royal temple, is an ancient temple. 🏕 King Taksin of Thonburi highly revered and valued this temple. He restored and established it as a royal temple, using it for important royal ceremonies. 🌳 Whenever he had free time from royal duties, he would stay at the temple to practice meditation. His bed, a significant relic, is now housed in the small vihara dedicated to King Taksin within the temple. 🙏 Most importantly, this temple is the burial site of King Taksin and his queen consort. 🙏 After the cremation, their ashes were enshrined in the Chedi Ku Chat.
