Tuk Tuks, Grabs (car and bike) and taxis are always available. Just 20 mins off the main road and yet a peaceful oasis. the rooms are a good size, the lifts are fast and the amenities are exactly what active people need. But the best thing about this hotel are the staff, gentle, attentive, polite but absolutely not intrusive. Bed and pillows are comfortable, housekeeping are fast and turn down service with a little gift every evening. Lots of glass bottled water and good TV channels. With the amount of good food available in Bangkok we still opted for the half price breakfast Buffett every morning. Once we were done with the English/American, Mediterranean, Asian breakfast we couldn’t eat again until 7 pm!!! Ice cream for breakfast alongside 20 different fruit juices, fruits or doughnuts and pastries, the best omelettes or noodle soup made to order, it’s all delicious. As for the location even a 40 min grab ride to a floating market the other side of the city only cost just over 200 Bhat. We opted for tuk tuks to take us to the many Michelin recommended restaurants and it never cost us more that 300 Bhat. Quite a few malls within walking distance and food stalls and markets galore along every street. Nice park by the canal for those who want some nature within walking distance. All in all the perfect place to explore and enjoy Bangkok and all that it has to offer.
