It is believed that it has been around since the late Ayutthaya period. Inside, there is an ancient and timeless temple that is hundreds of years old. It has a four-sided roof from the late Ayutthaya period. The roof is covered with turtle shell tiles. The roof was repaired again in 1942. Later, the roof collapsed, so a new roof had to be built to replace the original in 1998.
