Wat Pho Bang Khla

Wat Pho Bang Khla is located in Chachoengsao province, about 20 kilometers from the city center. This serene temple is surrounded by lush greenery and features an ancient reclining Buddha chapel where visitors can pay their respects. The temple is also famous for being home to a large number of fruit bats, whose chirping fills the air. Despite their presence, the area is surprisingly free of unpleasant odors. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll around the temple grounds and even feed fish by the Bang Pakuk River nearby.
