"Chicken Feet" Valley, Ban Na, Nakhon Nayok Province The name comes from the fact that this valley is actually Ka-ang Waterfall. There are five nature trails, and if you use your GPS to combine the three routes, it resembles the three prongs of a chicken's foot. It's popular among hikers because it's close to Bangkok and has steep slopes and stream crossings. Route 1: Khao Hua Mok. This round trip is about 3 km. Highlights include the uniquely shaped vertical rocks on the cliff face. The trail looks easy, but it's steep, but if it's raining, it's definitely muddy. We went during that time, so we were a bit sluggish. However, the view is beautiful. Route 2: Salat Dai Waterfall. This waterfall is mid-sized. During the rainy season or late rainy season, the water is abundant and refreshing. This round trip is about 4 km. The trail is easy, but if it's raining, it can get muddy. It's best to take the last route, so you can shower and go home. Route 3: Pha Nang Dam. This route is suitable for those with few people, driving up to the cliff face and camping. The sunset is beautiful. For those who enjoy a short, easy walk, the shortest distance is about 1 km. There are also rappelling trips available at this cliff. 📌Getting there: We recommend a private car, motorbike, or a shared trip. There's not much parking and the road is narrow. Travel time from Bangkok is about 1.5 hours. If you're going on a day trip, hiking one route is good practice for beginners.
