Phet Suwan Temple, Ban Laem District

Wat Phet Suwan has a Thai temple zone and an octagonal Chinese temple. The octagonal temple zone on the upper floor has an elevator for the elderly to go up to the second floor, which is very convenient. On the upper floor, there are Buddha statues and 18 arhats. On the lower floor, there is Guan Yin and zodiac deities. Inside Wat Phet Suwan is the enshrined Luang Pho Chokchai, which was invited from Wat Klang Nuea, Samut Songkhram Province. It is a Buddha statue in the Srivijaya art style with beautiful characteristics and is highly respected by Buddhists in general. There is also a Guan Yin shrine inside, which enshrines many sacred objects, including a Guan Yin statue carved from fragrant sandalwood that is over 1,000 years old and was invited from China. It is considered an antique with great historical value.
