It was built since Ayutthaya. There is an old chapel enshrining a Buddha statue in the Mara-Vijaya posture and the chief disciples. 🙏The Pineapple-Eyed Reclining Buddha Shrine Inside the shrine, there are murals with mother-of-pearl inlaid with wood, with colors and lines. It is a story of the Ten Lives of the Buddha or the Ten Lives of the Lord Buddha, an important Jataka tale that tells of the practice of merit in the last 10 lives of the Bodhisattva before being born as the Lord Buddha or Prince Siddhattha of the Sakya dynasty.
