Omrudee Park, Wang Chao Ya Sri Pathumma Devi, Udon Thani

Om Ruedee Park (Kham Chanod 2), Om Ko Village, Om Ko Subdistrict, Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province, is a sacred forest that is revered as a palace of the Naga King, with a variety of trees and abundance. It is a place to learn about nature. There is a shrine of Pu Ong Dam, the residence of Pu Ong Dam, which has been told and passed down through the generations, both in terms of visions and events that people in the area and outside have personally experienced. It has been said that Pu Ong Dam is a tall, black, strong man with red eyes, no shirt, and a large sword as a weapon. He is a general who protects the city and has many soldiers under his command. Pu Ong Dam will protect all the wealth of the city and the area where Phraya Si Sutho resides, preventing anyone from encroaching or trespassing on his property. The forest park is located next to Wat Si Chom Chuen and Wat Pa Thep Phithak. Inside the forest park, there is a shrine of Pu Ong Dam, which the villagers have revered for a long time. There are rocks that look like ordinary mountains. The villagers call it "Khamchanot 2". The atmosphere is shady. Currently, Mr. Phongsak Sombatkampai, the director of Ban Om Ko Pracha Samakkhi School, has conducted studies and researches to open it as a tourist attraction and a local learning center of Ban Om Ko Pracha Samakkhi School. #historicculture #NortheasternTeam
