One of my favourite things to do when travelling—besides sightseeing and eating, of course—is visiting local supermarkets. There's something so satisfying about discovering the everyday items locals use, and Bali did not disappoint! . My absolute favourite has to be Bintang Supermarket in Seminyak. It’s a treasure trove of everything from daily groceries and fresh-cut fruits to quirky souvenirs, organic goodies, and the cutest, most aesthetic products and brands I’ve never seen in Singapore. I could honestly spend hours browsing the aisles, admiring all the charming packaging and unique finds. I really wanted to bring home more, but... limited luggage space problems. . Apart from Bintang, there are other great options too. Pepito Market is another solid choice—clean, well-stocked, and with a slightly more upscale vibe. It’s perfect if you're looking for imported goods or healthier food choices. . If you're like me and enjoy discovering the “everyday life” of a destination, exploring these supermarkets can be surprisingly fun.
