3 Hours of Pure Bliss at Therapy Day Spa Canggu

Last week, my husband and I treated ourselves to the “3 Slices of Heaven” package at Therapy Day Spa Canggu, and it was such a memorable experience — easily one of the best spa treatments we’ve had in Bali! The package included a full body massage, iced ball facial, and hair treatment, and the entire session lasted around 3 hours. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully done and incredibly relaxing. The body massage was excellent — the pressure was just right, and my therapist was attentive and professional. I felt all the built-up tension melt away, especially in my shoulders and lower back. It was the perfect reset after days of walking and exploring. The iced ball facial was something I hadn’t tried before and it felt amazing — cool, refreshing. It was such a nice contrast to the tropical heat outside. For the hair treatment, we chose the Scalp Ritual, which was incredibly soothing. The head massage during the treatment was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! My hair felt soft, refreshed, and smelled divine afterward. The spa environment itself is beautiful — calm, clean, and welcoming. The team at Therapy Day Spa really knows how to create a peaceful and luxurious experience.
