Despite the unexpected rainwater flooding on the second floor due to the monsoon weather, your team responded promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated the late check-out offer at 3 PM and the discount on in-room dining services as a goodwill gesture. While we couldn't take the late check-out due to our plans, the dining discount was a thoughtful touch. We also thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ in-room service, choosing to cook ourselves without a chef. It was a fantastic experience, and the quality of the food provided was excellent. Overall, the exceptional customer service made our stay a pleasant and memorable one.
