Getting to Gobustan National Park, Azerbaijan

To get to Gobustan from Baku the cheapest way, you’ll need to use a combination of public transport and taxis. First, take a south-bound bus 125 from Azneft Square to the Karvansaray Shopping Centre (0.60 ANZ; 30 minutes). Cross the road to Bina Shopping Centre and board the south-bound 195 bus (not sure how much; 45 minutes) to Gobustan House of Culture in the centre of Gobustan town. From there, there will be taxi, a local taxi can take you to the petroglyphs and the mud volcanoes combined. We actually got a taxi while waiting for 195 bus, brought us from there to both the volcano and petroglyphs and then back to the bus station for 25 azn each (we have 4 people total). #azerbaijan #travel #museums #history #nature
