Auckland Botanic Gardens

Strolling through the desert, a unique cactus garden I never imagined encountering desert plants in New Zealand. The Dry Garden section exuded an exotic atmosphere reminiscent of the Arizona desert in the United States. Various cacti and succulents, both large and small, were on display, and the towering cactus trees were particularly fascinating. Under the warm September sunlight, I captured memorable photos with the unique silhouettes of the cacti as the backdrop. Thanks to the 'travel grant,' I was able to experience a plant world that is usually hard to come across.
