Ancient Agora (Athens)

#mytraveldiary Wandering through the Ancient Agora was like walking through the daily life of ancient Athenians. This was the marketplace, the political hub, and the social center of the city. I explored the reconstructed Stoa of Attalos, which now houses a fascinating museum filled with artifacts like coins, pottery, and statues. The Temple of Hephaestus, one of the best-preserved ancient temples, stood proudly nearby. I loved imagining Socrates debating ideas under these very columns. Surrounded by olive trees and the shadow of the Acropolis above, it felt like history was alive and whispering its stories. 🍃🏺 #mytraveldiary
