Athens | Brilliant seafood restaurant in the old town of Athens

Back in Athens after ten years, I found a restaurant nestled in the old town. It has an open kitchen where you can see the staff busy at work — yet surprisingly, there’s no greasy smell in the air. Quite impressive. The meal started with olives accompanied by a small glass of liquor. It smelled strong — such a relaxing vibe! The Greek salad was spot-on: tomatoes, onions, olive oil, and cheese — perfectly balanced and super refreshing. The portion was huge too! The squid came in a generous serving, with a nice springy texture.
