Stylish event space

It's a bit of a walk, but you can get there on foot from the Agora and other areas. It seems to have been a gasworks for a long time, and has distinctive chimneys. It is now an event space where art and culture events are held. When I went, an American comic book event was being held, and there were many people in cosplay, and food trucks were also there. Even if you are not participating in the event, there is an exhibition of equipment from the old gasworks era, which you can see for free.
