Paper Tiger Eatery

#australiatrip Dropped in here on our last day in Armidale, and couldn't believe we didn't find it sooner. The Breakfast ramen was utterly amazing. Didn’t take a photo of it tho. Seriously considering driving from the Gold Coast on a regular basis just for this. Other food was also good. Coffee also was great and even came with a bit of unicorn latte art. The staff are very welcoming and know their craft well.
