Spring Trip to Qianshan in 2025

Visiting Qianshan was one of my wishes for 2024, but I couldn't make it due to health reasons. So, I must plan my first trip in 2025. "Eight thousand miles to the South China Sea, the first mountain in Liaodong" refers to Qianshan. I've been to Qianshan five times so far, and each time with different people, resulting in different experiences. This time, it was just my husband and me, so we were flexible with the time and places we visited. Driving was convenient, and I brought fried rice, sliced fruit, leftover cookies from the New Year, and hit the road with excitement. I didn't have to carry a backpack, take care of anyone, and had someone to take photos for me. It was such a relaxing feeling! We took breaks when tired, ate when hungry, took the cable car when we couldn't walk, climbed when we could, and skipped a few attractions without feeling bad. Although the weather was cold, the snow was thick, and the roads were slippery, I had plenty of time and energy, making this day trip the most enjoyable experience of the year. In middle age, it's really hard to do whatever you want. There's work to do, elderly to care for, and physical fitness to maintain. "Visiting the most beautiful places in the best season" might only be possible in dreams.
