Aix en Provence ｜Saturday market you cannot miss

It’s Saturday today, and I happened to come across a post about a weekend market — so off I went! In the city center, there wasn’t just a flower market, but also stalls selling fruit, vegetable baskets, fruit platters, and more. The atmosphere was so full of life. The flowers in the first photo are just too cute — how is there even a Provence-exclusive version of “artichoke” (it really looks like one, but it’s so adorable)? There were “Cézanne-style” tomatoes and produce everywhere. The market was bustling with people buying groceries — dressed in colorful clothes, standing under the sun, holding a basket filled with fresh carrots, eggplants, strawberries, cherries... I loved it so much! And the hydrangeas were in full bloom — absolutely stunning! 📍 Aix-en-Provence city center — search for *Boucherie des Prêcheurs* and you'll find yourself right in front of a whole fruit and vegetable market ⌚️ Saturday morning (we arrived between 9:30–10:30, and everything was already open) #summervacay
