Day 15 of road trip. Took a short drive to split from Trogir. Split looks very similar to Trogir but bigger, more traffic and more crowded with big shopping malls and supermarkets. Went to the old town, Diocletian’s Palace and the underground structure of the palace, which charges an entrance fee of 16 Euros for 2 adult n 2 kids. It’s not a large area to explore but after knowing the palace basements were used as the setting for where Daenerys keeps her dragons, I felt worth it 😆. Personally I prefer Trogir, which is a smaller, quieter and more peaceful version.
