#favouriteitinerary At Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport, Bean and Bites Cafe is the only spot to grab a drink before the departure hall, mostly frequented by patrons flying out. With not much else to do, we snagged a seat and chilled with some cold drinks, matcha and iced tea. The prices were standard, just like any other cafe. We skipped the food since we weren’t hungry and there wasn’t any on display anyway. Seats are limited, so get there early if you want a spot !

Just 2.5 hours away from Kuala Lumpur you find a nice and chill seaside resort where you can enjoy easy-going lifestyle.👌 The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, the food in the resort is decent but there are also many eateries outside of the resort to enjoy. A short escape during the weekend. A great place for those who wanting a nice and peaceful time. Smooth upon checking, great Front Office team. Welcome drink were given upon waiting. Taman Gelora (Gelora Park) is a recreational park besides a seafront, Teluk Sisek (Seashells Bay). It has a walk/jogging track with workouts/exercise stations along the track. From dawn to dusk, the residents of Kuantan town patronize it for social activities besides keeping fit. There is a eatery called Gelora Point at one end. It caters delicious local food like tempoyak patin, curry dishes and snacks of keropok lekur., etc. Abundant casurina trees scattered throughout the park providing the necessary shade for the walkers/ joggers. Even in midday, the park is pleasantly cool. There is inlet waterway to a pond of lotus which is a beautiful sight when in bloom. #malaysia

Cannot believe we got a very good deal for the twin room with queen bed at this hotel at Trip.com! The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the state mosque from the window. The location was just beside Padang MPK, and in the middle of the city centre so everything was accessible from the hotel. The carpeted room made it more grand with the cozy bed and bathroom.

Teluk Cempedak Beach is just minutes from the city center and offers a tree-lined, clean shoreline, while nearby Cherating Beach is home to a turtle sanctuary, as well as a cultural village that produces and sells traditional batik. The Sungai Pandan Waterfall and Esplanade Park-from which you can take a boat to get a completely different view of the city-are also popular attractions and offer plenty of chances to explore the surroundings and hike or swim. The Tin Museum, located on the site of a former massive underground tin mine, is a unique attraction worth a visit.
