The street where the restaurant is located is a shopping street lined with shops. The restaurant itself is an old, original building with a small frontage, but when you walk in, there is a passageway that divides it into several zones until you reach a large room at the back. It is spacious and comfortable to sit in. The atmosphere during dinner is very lively. In terms of food, although it focuses on Italian and Mediterranean food, since the Netherlands has been influenced by the cultures of many races, the food here has been adjusted to be less authentically Italian. They have also added Asian fusion dishes to the menu. For this meal, we tried the following: ➡️ Zalm & Tomaat A large piece of salmon, baked with a sauce made from tomatoes, garlic, and basil. The fish was cooked just right, not too dry. The flavor was well-rounded. This dish gave us a true Mediterranean feel. As for the side dish, we chose French fries, which were fried until crispy and delicious. ➡️ Spaghetti Aglio This is the restaurant's recommended menu. Spaghetti is cooked quite soft, seasoned with pepper, garlic, rocket, and generously sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. What makes it different from other spaghetti aglio is that this one uses sliced ​​tenderloin beef mixed with the spaghetti, and has crispy Parmesan tuille sheets on top. #hollandtrip Beautiful Parliament office that sits next to the Hofvijver lake, which is also lovely with the fountains flowing, ducks, swimming, and great weather. Definitely one of the sights to see when in the area. The area on the other side is under construction and we could not see a way in to check if tours or anything were available still.Beautiful place! Gorgeous view of the lake and swimming birds in it. Lots of benches aside to just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere! One of the best places in the city.

#CafeReview COFFEELAB Den Bosch - is a specialty coffee shop in the Netherlands with branches in Eindhoven and Den Bosch. Although they use the same coffee beans from the COFFEELAB roasting plant, they have adjusted their menus to suit the locality of each city. This time, we visited the branch in Den Bosch. This branch is located on the corner of the Dragon Fountain roundabout, near the train station. The front of the shop is decorated with beautiful shady vines. The shop is surrounded by glass windows that let in natural light. You can sit and relax while looking at the outside view. For this meal, we ordered both food and drinks as follows: ➡️ Housemade Seasonal Soup The one we went to was a clear soup with vegetables. The taste was very well-rounded. There was a little sour taste. I'm not sure if there were pickled vegetables or something, but it was delicious and unique. It went well with the bread served with it. ➡️ Salmon & Avocado Salad I like the creativity of using a salad with both fresh and pickled vegetables, smoked salmon, and guacamole on top. Topped with miso mayo salad dressing, so delicious. ➡️ Barista's Favourite This is a special seasonal coffee menu. For this season, it's autumn. It's a pumpkin and cinnamon latte. It's a little sweet. It sounds strange, but it's surprisingly well-balanced. I have to compliment the barista for balancing the flavors perfectly. The shop is located in the old town, not far from the market square and on the canal where the boat tours start, so it is quite popular. The shop has seating in the main shop, which is beautifully decorated. For those who want to sit and relax while enjoying the canal view, there is also seating in the outdoor area in front of the shop. ➡️ Smashed Burger A fairly large burger, a thick brioche bun with 2 patties, tomatoes, bacon, and cheddar cheese. The taste is acceptable. Served with French fries, fried crispy and not oily. ➡️ K.F.C This menu is not Kentucky Fried Chicken, but Korean Fried Chicken. We ordered it because we thought it would be like Bonchon Chicken, but when it was served, it was just regular fried chicken with a slightly spicy mayo sauce. ➡️ Tomato Soup This is a vegetarian tomato soup that does not have meatballs, but instead has pumpkin seeds sprinkled on it. The location is good on the main shopping street, near St. John's Cathedral and you can easily walk to the Market Square. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. It's very convenient. For the decoration, this is an old building that looks like a preserved building. The interior is decorated in a beautiful, sweet vintage style. It catches the eye from the lobby with beautiful wallpaper and fresh flowers all around. The breakfast room on the 2nd floor is even more beautiful. There is a piano, flowers, and 19th-century murals. The breakfast may not be very diverse but it is good quality. There are fresh juices, bread, cheese, various hams, and Ronnefeldt teas. ✅ Room Because it is a hotel that was renovated from an old building, each room is not decorated the same. The room we got was a Small Deluxe, 22 square meters, decorated in a vintage style as well. Beautiful pillows with floral patterns and ruffles were placed all over the bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. The liquid soap and shower gel/shampoo are from the Pure Herb brand. It smells cool and refreshing. But the day we went, the hotel forgot to refill the shower gel.
