This time, I ordered the Wood-fired French Chef's Choice Full Course (8,500 yen)️📝
A beautiful full course with a wood-fire theme, using plenty of seasonal ingredients.
Each dish had a story to tell, and it was a special time to enjoy with both the eyes and the tongue✨️

Every dish had a strong sense of the quality of the ingredients and the aroma of the wood fire, and the sauces and flavorings were truly amazing✨️

All bite-sized but impactful!
The umami of the crab and the sourness of the grapefruit were refreshing. The biscuit had a crumbly texture and the salty taste of the caviar was the perfect accent.
The foie gras had a melting texture and the sweetness of the apple was exquisite💕
✔Spring Plateau
A refreshing and fragrant dish that reflected the spring scenery.
The smoothness of the cheese and the gorgeousness of the rose water are fused together, making it feel like eating spring🌸
The plate was also wonderful✨️
✔Morning Mist
The large scallops wrapped in shiso leaves were served with salmon roe, and the cold smoke presentation was beautiful and moving✨️
✔Gleanings
The sole was soft and fluffy and went perfectly with the sauce.
I was able to enjoy it to the fullest with freshly baked bread☺️
✔Snow White Earth
The aroma and natural sweetness of the wood-grilled vegetables stood out.
The snowy landscape-like visual of the cauliflower sauce and fermented butter was also wonderful✨️
This dish featured vegetables such as cauliflower, asparagus, and turnip.
✔Drops of Life
The berry granita was perfect for a palate cleanser💗
It was also a wonderful presentation to eat it while crumbling the matcha tulle.
✔Wabi-sabi
Yamato pork from Nara Prefecture, grilled over a wood fire, is featured.
The combination of mustard and fermented powder is interesting, the fat is light and surprisingly juicy✨️
The sauce made with wine was also a perfect match.
✔Nordic winter scenery
The white chocolate mousse solidified with liquid nitrogen looks like snow and is truly artistic!
The rum raisin ice cream inside melts and has a perfect balance.
I enjoyed it until the very end☺️
And all the plates and dishes are just so beautiful!
The dishes and food are integrated and the beauty of the presentation is impressive🙌
The moment I saw it, I thought, "It's a shame to eat it...!"💗
The scent of firewood wafts from the open kitchen.
The appeal is in the way that you can feel "nature" throughout the entire space.
This is a wonderful restaurant that is perfect for dates, celebrations, or as a treat for yourself✨
