#AutumnTravel I don't know what "shitamachi" means, or what area it refers to exactly, but Taito, Katsushika, and Arakawa wards all have slightly different atmospheres. The city's rampant development is nowhere to be found, and old-fashioned buildings and shopping streets line the streets.
