The extra thick squid is as white as jade, wrapped in extremely sweet fresh caviar, and it bursts with juice in every bite. Layered on top is Siberian sturgeon caviar, each of which is crystal clear and sparkling like jewels, instantly enhancing the sense of luxury!
Steamed food
Who puts such a big abalone in the steamed egg? Will the boss really not lose money? Haha. The chawanmushi is warm and the seasoning is delicate and fresh, I really like it. The abalone is very big and has a chewy texture.
{Sashimi}
Tender and smooth big bamboo pods, sweet and sticky Russian prawns with milky shrimp brain sauce, and the pink and girly bluefin tuna belly, it is rich in fat and soft in the mouth, no wonder the wealthy who know how to eat love it!
{Vinegar}
I never thought that you could eat as much as you want when eating snow crab! This restaurant gave too much. My bestie and I, who love crabs, both enjoyed it in one go. The crab meat was silky and tender, the crab roe was delicious, and the sweet and refreshing vinegar jelly made us fall in love with it in one second.
Sushi
The sushi rice here has a stronger airy feel, with a good combination of sashimi and rice grains. The skinned fish with fish liver is plump and delicious, and a little spicy radish grate adds a subtle stimulation; the grilled isagi has a unique aroma, the skin is tough and the meat is smooth, and the tip of the tongue seems to encounter the coast in spring; and the ruby-red tuna is really lucky to be able to eat such good quality~
{Strong Food}
Wagyu Sukiyaki is here! We use M9+ marbled Wagyu beef imported from Australia, with evenly distributed fat and marble-like texture. You can tell at first glance that it is really expensive! The Wagyu beef is cooked in hot pot and coated with egg liquid, with the aroma of meat and fat filling your mouth. It is also dipped in sukiyaki sauce, black truffles and moringa seedlings. The sauce is rich and mellow, and the feeling of happiness instantly blooms in your mouth!
{Imperial Food}
Carbohydrate-minded people, look here, you must try the kamameshi from this restaurant! The chef removes the bones from freshly-chilled mackerel and pairs it with salmon roe and sweet chestnut rice. The combination is so delicious that it makes the whole street go crazy. Many customers fell in love with the dish after eating it. The fresh aroma of fish meat and fish roe wafted out, and the rice wrapped in oil was translucent and distinct, giving them an authentic Japanese experience.
The lunch set with a total of ten dishes is only 680. When will you miss out on such a good deal? Haha! We ate so much that we had to lean on the wall. We have already booked a second visit!
