There are also cubicle for cat to rest. The cafe provides free flow drinks from the vending machine. I tried their corn soup, milk tea and the calpis soda.

The Anime & Manga Capital of Tokyo ~ Akihabara 🇯🇵
Japan has always been one of my bucket list destinations and last year I finally got the chance to visit!
📍 Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan
If you love anime or manga then this place will feel like heaven. Akihabara has an uncountable number of stores dedicated to anime and manga merchandise. Some of the shops have up to 10 storeys, it’s truly crazy. Even if you are not an anime or manga fan, I still recommend visiting here just to see how insane it is! There are also k-pop related shops among other things!

Akihabara
Akihabara is one of the places that I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re in Tokyo. There are many video game and anime related places to see. It’s also one of the more colorful areas of Tokyo in my opinion. There is also plenty of food choices and bars you can visit. Overall, Akihabara is a great experience even if you’re not interested in video games or anime. #Tokyo #akihabara #anime
A Taste Of Akiiba
Akihabara Electric Town—affectionately known as Akiba—is worldly famous for its densely packed buildings crammed full of anime, manga, and game paraphernalia. It's a must-go spot for visitors to Japan who want to bask in geeky otaku culture. Located in the heart of Tokyo, Akihabara Station is easily accessible via the JR Yamanote Line.
As an Otaku, Akihabara is a definitely a paradise. Nestled between and alongside are shops and department stores like Mandarake and Animate catering to the gaming and anime crowds. If you’re looking for games, comics, or collectible figurines, these are the places to visit.
If you are a Cosplayer, there were tons of shops where you can shop for outfits in the area, and you’ll see part-time workers on the side streets dressed up as maids, handing out flyers for the cafes they work at.
In short, Maid cafes are cosplay-themed restaurants where guests are served by waitresses who are typically dressed as French maids. In addition to serving food, the maids engage in conversation and games with the customers and treat them with the respectful language due to the master of a house. Maid cafes are popular with both men and women, and some cafes, like the @Home Cafe, offer English speaking maids.
Anyway, whether you’re looking for laptops, headphones, or specific types of cables from the 90s or random collectibles for your Otaku needs, you’re sure to find it in Akihabara Electric Town.
Great location, hotel is cozy and clean. Very convenient to get to places and for food and shopping. Definitely recommend.
