Not Switzerland! I found a fairy tale secret place in Yunnan.
I've been to Yunnan n times,
and finally went to Xueda Lake, which I've wanted to visit for a long time.
This is the only place in Shangri-La
where you can see the reflection of Meili Snow Mountain
and the golden mountain at sunrise.
There are very few tourists, and it's a beautiful secret place hidden in the mountains.
How to get there?
Navigate directly to Shuoda Village.
Route: Shangri-La - Benzilan - Deqin County - Foshan Township - Shuoda Village,
about 250 km, 5 hours.
The whole journey is on paved roads. The hardest part is the 50-minute drive up the mountain. Although it's a cement road, the winding and narrow roads are still challenging. New drivers should not try it easily.
Accommodation
Stay in Shuoda Village. If you want to see the golden mountain at sunrise, it's recommended to stay in Shuoda Village. Although it's a small village, the accommodation is still good.
Cost: about 600
Stay in Foshan Township. If you don't want to see the golden mountain at sunrise, you can stay at the foot of the mountain, which is Foshan Township.
Cost: 100–200
Travel time
The weather is stable in autumn and winter, and the chance of seeing snow-capped mountains is higher.
The trees have also turned yellow recently, so you can take pictures of both the snow-capped mountains and the autumn scenery. The yellow trees are expected to last until November, so hurry up!
Dujiangyan City Walk: All the Best Photo Spots, No Backtracking
✨ Dujiangyan
Dujiangyan Scenic Area (80 RMB, Shanghai D15 RMB)
For an easy route, enter through
Qinyan Tower Gate 6
Start from the top and work your way down❗
Qinyan Tower → Erwang Temple → Anlan Suspension Bridge → Yuzui → Feisha Weir → Baopingkou → Fulong Temple → Lidui Park
The tour takes about 3–4 hours, with many great photo spots.
✨ Guanxian South Bridge
Dujiangyan, exit to South Bridge, South Bridge is connected to Guanxian Ancient City
✨ Then there is the Ming City Wall
✨ Wenmiao Street
Wenmiao Street! Various interesting antique ornaments, but when I went, a retro street had already been demolished, and at the end was a red wall.
✨ Tianfu Source Bridge
To see the blue tears, don't go to South Bridge!!
The lights come on at 6:00 pm, and the photos are amazing. Be sure to bring a fill light and a viewing light.
✨ Tianfu Yantianwo Square
Across the street from Tianfu Source Bridge is a giant panda selfie spot, and there are some photo spots nearby that you shouldn't miss.
✨ Zhongshuge
If you have time, you can go there. It's about a 15-minute drive away. It's one of those places that you can skip, but you'll regret it if you do. The photos are amazing. I went there on the second day of my self-driving tour of western Sichuan.
Eat in the ancient town. The online recommendations are generally good.
Visa-free Armenia travel guide
Visa-free Armenia is a hidden gem in the Caucasus!
The capital Yerevan has a unique slow pace, as if time has slowed down. Especially the Yerevan Cascade, which is a must-see!
It was designed by architect Alexander Tamanyan
Located on the central axis of Yerevan
Although it is an "unfinished building" of the former Soviet Union
But that doesn't stop it from being charming
The whole building is in the shape of a waterfall staircase
The layered design is extremely grand and spectacular
It takes about half an hour to climb up from the bottom
The scenery along the way changes with the steps
Each level offers a different view of the city
It's like a deep conversation with the city
Inside the steps is the Cafesjian Museum of Art
After admiring the grandeur of the exterior of the building, walk into the museum
You can immerse yourself in the ocean of art and feel the perfect fusion of art and architecture.
If you don't want to climb the stairs, you can also take the elevator up to the top and enjoy the beautiful view of Yerevan 👀
Not far from the Cascade is Freedom Square
The Yerevan Opera House is also here, and you must go to the opera house to see a ballet! We saw the classic "Swan Lake", the ticket price is very affordable, the performance is very exciting, definitely a feast for the eyes! 👀
There is also Republic Square, which is very lively
Surrounded by concert halls, the Prime Minister's Office, museums, clock towers and other buildings
Classical and modern elements intertwine and collide
The History Museum of Armenia is here
It can take you to appreciate the ancient history and splendid culture of this country, with various ancient shoes, exquisite carpets and unique pottery on display, all of which tell the story of the past.
There are often street performers singing and playing by the fountain at the entrance of the museum
The melodious singing adds a lot of romance to the whole square
The Armenian Genocide Museum is also worth a visit
It carries a heavy history
Commemorating the tragic past of the Armenian massacre by the Ottoman Empire from 1915 to 1923, the memorial next to it is solemn and solemn, and the monument is composed of a series of spikes, constantly reminding the world not to forget the pain of history.
The Yerevan Cathedral is also a landmark building, as famous as the Tbilisi Holy Trinity Cathedral, and is one of the most magnificent cathedrals in the Caucasus, with exquisite interior decoration and magnificent exterior design, showing the classic Armenian style.

🌊 My itinerary
I recommend renting an electric bike, you can tour the island in one day. If you want to see the sunrise over the sea, you can stay on the island for one night:
Lianchi'ao Beach (sunrise) → Mazu Temple → Meiyu Chaoyin → Rainbow Road → Ewei Shenshi Park → Ewei Marine Erosion Geological Park → Golden Beach (sunset)
✅About the attractions:
❶ Meiyu Chaoyin: Unique marine erosion landform and a beautiful wooden walkway over the sea, but it is now damaged.
❷ Lianchi'ao Beach: A very clean and delicate beach, also a great place to watch the sunset.
❸ Ewei Park: Unique marine erosion landform, stone steps over the sea, a masterpiece of nature, great for photos.
❹ Golden Beach: The longest beach on Meizhou Island, where fishermen cast their nets.
❺ Flower Sea: A large area of colorful flowers dancing in the wind, very beautiful.
❻ Rainbow Road: A long rainbow road by the sea, where you can watch the sunrise. Ride a little donkey 🛵 and take beautiful photos.
❼ Ewei Xian: A beach where you can watch the sunset, drink coffee ☕️, drink 🍺, listen to music 🎵, enjoy the breeze, and walk on the waves.
⚠️Tips
🌸 It is recommended to rent a small electric bike, which is convenient to go anywhere. Sightseeing buses on the island charge by trip.
🌹 Be sure to go when the weather is sunny, the scenery is more beautiful. It was a pity that the weather was bad when I took the photos.
🌹 The sun is strong by the sea, so take sun protection measures. Meizhou Island is not very cold in winter.
🌹 When eating at a seafood restaurant, be sure to check the price first and pay attention to the unit to avoid being ripped off.
.
Meizhou Island is not far from Quanzhou. If you go to Quanzhou, don't miss this place. It is a niche and romantic island. If you don't want to work, go to this island for a while, enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset over the orange sea, it's really relaxing~
Lugu Lake is a 100/100!
Life is short, so it's okay to be confused sometimes. 🥴
Today, I finally checked into the "Confused Nest"!!
I took a half-month vacation during the National Day holiday 🏖️
and flew directly to Lugu Lake 😌
I wanted to see this rare paradise~
Lugu Lake is really beautiful
There are no cars or horses
Only the chirping of hundreds of birds
Hundreds of seagulls fly around my boat 🚢
It's so beautiful~
The Confused Nest is near Lugu Lake
This is also the filming location of "Dear Inn"
The entire season was filmed here
It's so easy to get a celebrity-style room 🫴🏠
Every brick and tile is the ingenuity of the Mosuo people ❤️
The beautiful open garden port is definitely a popular check-in spot
There is also a super long sky corridor...
Standing by the window, you can experience the tranquility of Lugu Lake
In the evening, you can enjoy a health spa
Visit Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou and take a cable car to a concert.
Fanjing Mountain is a paradise of natural wonders. Take the Sante cable car to the top of the mountain and start your exploration. The cable car slowly ascends, and the scenery outside the window changes constantly, like a vivid nature documentary. Here, you can see a variety of rare plants that thrive in the mountains, creating a green world. The attractions of the Sky City, Red Cloud Golden Summit, Mushroom Stone, Old Golden Summit, and Wanbao Rock are the highlights of this documentary. Each of them shows its unique charm, whether mysterious, peculiar, majestic, or simple, all of which are fascinating. In Fanjing Mountain, it is a dream boat that shuttles between heaven and earth. It is like a silver ribbon, hanging in the mountains, connecting the human world and the fairyland. The cabins are like exquisite pavilions in the air, carrying tourists slowly up, through the veil of clouds and mist, over the treetops, and heading towards the sacred mountain top, allowing people to enjoy the dreamlike beauty of Fanjing Mountain during this leisurely journey.
I thought Huangshan was beautiful, until I arrived at the place described in Li Bai's poems...
🌟 I had long heard that Shenxianju in Taizhou, Zhejiang, was a picturesque place, like a fairyland straight out of Li Bai's poems. Finally, on the eve of the Lunar New Year, I set foot on this mysterious land to see for myself. When I stood there, gazing at the indescribable beauty before me, I was filled with awe and joy. At that moment, I wanted to shout, "Shenxianju, I'm here!" But I was afraid of disturbing the tranquility of this paradise, so I could only silently marvel in my heart: "I dare not speak loudly, for fear of disturbing the heavenly beings." 😉
🌄 Shenxianju is truly a place worth visiting again and again! The peaks here are unique, steep, and majestic, yet they exude a sense of friendliness. After taking the cable car up the mountain from the south or north gate, you'll find the mountain paths surprisingly gentle, making it easy for even those not adept at hiking to enjoy the scenery. What's more, there's a long section of the mountain path equipped with an elevator, making it incredibly convenient! It's suitable for all ages and perfect for a family outing. 🤗
🌅 Although I didn't get to experience the sunrise and sunset at the mountain top this time, the process of waiting for the sunset at Laojuntai was already mesmerizing. The breathtaking beauty filled me with positive energy. Shenxianju at sunset is even more dreamy and enchanting. ✨
🥤 During your visit, don't miss the stop near Nantian Bridge after descending from Nantian Peak—Bawang Chaji. Enjoy a cup of milk tea that even the immortals love, and savor the unique leisure and comfort. It's truly one of the joys of travel. 🥰
🎁 How can you visit Shenxianju without bringing back some souvenirs? I recommend trying the "Shenxian Danu" brand's Dongkui bayberries and related products. These local specialties from Xianju make the perfect gifts for friends and family. 💝
📷 Finally, for those who love taking photos, Shenxianju is a must-visit. Foying Lianyun, Laojuntai, Ruyi Bridge, Nantian Peak, Wolong Bridge... Every corner is a perfect photo spot, guaranteed to fill up your phone's memory! 📸
Quanzhou | I visited Quanzhou twice and only took 9 photos.
| I visited Quanzhou twice and only took 9 photos. I visited Quanzhou twice this year, but unfortunately, both times I encountered a typhoon, and the sky was always overcast. Fortunately, the red walls and orange tiles of old Quanzhou are warm colors even without sunlight.
-
1️⃣ The red wall of Kaiyuan Temple. I saw many travel photographers standing in front of the red wall to take close-up shots. Actually, if you take a step back and include the roof of Kaiyuan Temple with its Minnan architectural style, it will look even better.
2️⃣ The Song Dynasty Twin Pagodas of Kaiyuan Temple. This is a medium telephoto aerial shot.
3️⃣ The rooftop of West Street. Many cafes or restaurants along the street have rooftops or window views facing Kaiyuan Temple, where you can overlook the bustling crowds and gaze at the twin pagodas.
4️⃣ The rooftop of Rezen Hotel.
5️⃣ Aerial view of Zhongshan Middle Road. I really like this arcade pedestrian street, with the clock tower in the distance.
6️⃣ Aerial view of Chaotianmen. The orange rooftops of old Quanzhou are truly beautiful!
The above 6 places are all in the old city of Quanzhou, and you can explore them on foot or by riding a shared bike.
-
7️⃣&8️⃣ Luojia Temple built on the sea. Before the typhoon arrived, the white waves crashed against the temple's embankment, creating a stunning aerial view! The location for photo 7 is on the rocks next to the Guanyin statue on the west side. Be sure to check the tide times in advance, as the rising tide may cause waves to hit the rocks.
9️⃣ Wulin Traditional Village. In addition to traditional Minnan architecture, Western-style buildings also make great photos.
-
What I like most about Quanzhou is that West Street and Zhongshan Road Arcade Street intersect at the clock tower. The two different styles converge here without any sense of incongruity, adding to the charm of the ancient city. Perhaps this is the unique charm of Quanzhou as the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road and a place where Eastern and Western cultures blend.

It wasn't until I visited Xinjiang that I experienced the ultimate beauty of blue and white.
The blue of the sky and lake 💙 and the white of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers 🤍 create an extreme visual experience. Who wouldn't love Xinjiang? ❓❓
-
💧 Sayram Lake: The tranquil lake reflects the blue sky and snow-capped mountains 🏔️ like a "mirror of the sky" in winter. In winter, the aquatic plants at the bottom of the lake produce bubbles 🫧 and when the temperature drops suddenly ❄️ the ice and snow can cover the lake overnight, creating a spectacular scene of overlapping ice bubbles‼️
🌲 Kanas: The vast snowfields, birch forests, and rime are crystal clear, the ice lake is covered with snow, and the village is shrouded in smoke. In winter, Kanas is free from the crowds and has an extreme primitive beauty 🥹🥹
🏔️ General Mountain: How can you miss skiing in winter? 🏂 Watch the sunset from afar 🌄 and when night falls, the lights on both sides of the ski slope light up one by one, bringing the joy of the southern potatoes to the peak‼️
-
✈️ Recommended itinerary:
Day 1: Urumqi - S21 Desert Highway - Altay General Mountain Night Skiing Experience - Altay
Day 2: Altay - Ahe Highway - Hemu
Day 3: Hemu - Kanas
Day 4: Kanas - Devil City - Urho
Day 5: Urho - Sayram Lake
Day 6: Sayram Lake 90 km around the lake - Urumqi
-
⚠️ Notes:
🌟 Winter in Xinjiang is very cold, so be sure to keep warm‼️ Especially in Sayram Lake, where the altitude is high and the wind is strong.
🌟 Hemu and Kanas are local log cabins 🛖 and the temperature is low in winter due to the gaps between the logs, so they are heated by coal ☀️ If you are afraid of the cold, be sure to bring a warm baby.
🌟 There are few places to eat around the entrance of Sayram Lake Scenic Area, and the prices are relatively high, so be sure to check the prices before you spend, and you can also prepare some instant food.

🌲 Xinjiang has its own charm in every season.
❄️ Winter is cold, but life is all about experience and adventure.
❤️ It's all about the experience and adventure.
4 Days and 3 Nights in a Fairytale Town at the Foot of the Rockies
❄️A Snowy Night
"When the GPS signal starts to flicker, you know you're getting close to the hidden land."
The wheels roll over the icy road, and the blueberry muffin in the passenger seat is still warm from the Edmonton coffee shop. In the rearview mirror, the last piece of city neon is cut by pine needles, while ahead, the Rockies cut through the twilight with their snowy peaks.
This is my first encounter with Hinton: like stepping into the pages of a Nordic fairy tale, hearing reindeer bells frost in the -20°C air.
🌿 Day 1: Drive to a Mountain Fairytale
In the morning, we set off from Edmonton, and Highway 16 is like a silver ribbon winding through the pine forest that hasn't had time to melt. Three hours later, the altitude rises, and the air is filled with the scent of fir trees - Hinton is here!
Stay: I chose the Alpine Lodge mountain view cabin, where you can see the snow-capped mountains through the window and the fireplace crackling.
Eat: The bison burger at Family Restaurant in town, the meat mixed with maple syrup, a bite of the rough western flavor.
❄Day 2: Frozen Adventure
Follow the local guide into William A. Switzer Park, where the snow covers the hiking boots. Maxwell Lake is covered with blue ice, and the sunlight refracts like broken diamonds. In the afternoon, I met a woodpecker at Beaver Boardwalk, and the wooden walkway stretched into the misty forest.
‼Tips: Rent snowshoes for $25/day, and be sure to wear a windproof mask!
🌌 Day 3: The Secret of the Light Chaser
Drive 30 minutes to Jasper Dark Sky Preserve. At 9 pm, the Milky Way rises from the end of the Columbia Icefield, and the aurora is like a green satin blown by the wind. The guide handed me a hot cocoa: "Look, the NGC nebula is dancing."
💡Hidden play: The Icefield Skywalk at dusk is less crowded, and the silhouette on the glass bridge is stunning!
🚗 Day 4: Farewell and Promise
Before returning, I rushed into Hinton Market, and the wool socks and birch syrup filled the trunk. I rolled down the window for one last look at the Rockies - the clouds were swirling around the mountains, like the breath of a god.
✨ Female Anchor's Private List
▪Must bring: UGG snow boots (non-slip), moisturizing spray (super dry in the mountains)
▪Photo spots: Athabasca River ice cracks, cabin morning mist window view
▪Fun fact: Hinton is one of the filming locations for The Revenant
⛰️The Mountains Remember
The day I left, I made a detour to Highway 10 to let the Athabasca River accompany us a little longer. In the trunk, the birch syrup clinked with a crisp sound, like the starlight of the whole winter was packed into a glass jar.
I suddenly remembered what the old lady who owned the cabin said: "The mountains here will remember the people who breathed them." Maybe one day, when I'm winding up in the city buildings, the breath of those ice lakes, auroras, and firewood will suddenly come out of the folds of memory -
Like snow falling silently, but reshaping the outline of the whole world.
(A traveler with a frozen red nose, writing down this memory by the fire.❄ ️)

Macau with Kids|Parisian Macao is a great place to take photos.
Let's go!
👓I found a less crowded port to Macau, which I think is very suitable for friends with kids.
🚙Drive from Guangzhou for 1.5 hours to Zhuhai Wanzai Port
🅿️Parking is available at the port, with a maximum charge of 50
🚢Take a ferry from Wanzai Port to Macau Inner Harbor Ferry Terminal
🚢The journey takes only 5 minutes, 🎫28
🕑Zhuhai-Macau
7:20 am-10:00 pm, there are many times to choose from
🕑Macau-Zhuhai
7:10 am-9:45 pm, plan your time well for a day trip to Macau
There is a shuttle bus after passing the customs, which is very close to Taipa
📝Why is this port suitable for people with kids? Because you need to go through the manual window with kids, and there are more people at the manual window at other ports during the weekend peak. I went there on Saturday, and it was around 11 o'clock, and there were only 3 or 4 people in line, so I passed the customs smoothly.
This time, I mainly wanted to check in at the Parisian Macao lawn with my sister.
💕Surprisingly, there was a giant fat dragon on the lawn, which is perfect for taking photos.
Choose a good weather, with blue sky and white clouds and a pink fat dragon.
The fat dragon also has its own little tricks, with many interactive poses, recommended for check-in.
📷A fat dragon holding an umbrella for you
📷A fat dragon reading a book with you
🤳A fat dragon taking selfies with you
📷A fat dragon eating 🍔 with you (my sister refused to take a photo with this one 😩)
🔍My sister went to see every fat dragon with its mouth open, which was so funny. She probably wanted to see if it had cavities🦷🤣

🗺️ Route
d1 Dajingfan → Dukezong Ancient Town
d2 Songzanlin Monastery → Napa Lake → Black Bean Coffee
d3 Pudacuo National Park
.
day1
➡️ Dajingfan
Arrive at Dajingfan around 12:00, when the lighting is best for photos. We recommend wearing Tibetan clothes for the best photos.
➡️ Dukezong Ancient Town
We recommend these shops: "Sangji Weina Vintage Bookstore, Old Tibet, and Pugu Cang." They're all great to visit. The classic photo spot in the ancient town is shown in picture 2. Navigate to "Zangjiwang Inn" and then go to Guishan Park to overlook the ancient town and spin the prayer wheel.
.
day2
➡️ Songzanlin Monastery
Known as the "Little Potala Palace," it is the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan. It's a great place for photos! Highly recommended!
➡️ Napa Lake - Black Bean Coffee
The view from the window is stunning, and there's a healing little farm! Take bus No. 3 from Songzanlin Monastery to Hongtaiyang Square Station, then take bus No. 12 to Napa Lake. Bus No. 12 is a loop line, with the starting and ending points both at Hongtaiyang Square. Get off at Napa Lake when you see the beautiful scenery. Take bus No. 12 back to Jiantang Police Station (near the north gate of the ancient town).
.
day3
It's easy to get altitude sickness when you first arrive, so we recommend staying around the ancient town. On the third day, you can go further: Yubeng, Pudacuo National Park, Tiger Leaping Gorge, Meili Snow Mountain, etc.
➡️ Pudacuo National Park
Bus: Buy tickets at the Dukezong Ancient Town East Gate Bus Station (CNY 15 per person).
Self-driving: Navigate to the Pudacuo National Park Ticket Office. There are parking spaces at the entrance. The drive takes about 30 minutes.
.
🔖 Tips
❶ The temperature difference between day and night is large, so dress warmly. The UV rays are strong, and the weather is dry, so be sure to protect yourself from the sun and stay hydrated.
❷ Try not to wash your hair on the first night. Eating less meat can help reduce altitude sickness. Open the window a little at night to improve air circulation, which can help relieve altitude sickness.

Shanghai | This place is absolutely beautiful this week.
Last year, I visited Huakai Haishang Ecological Park for the first time, and I couldn't forget the beautiful scenery there. This year, I decided to go again. From early November, the kochia began to change color, with red, orange, yellow, and green interwoven together, looking both lovely and unique. By mid-November, although most of them had turned red, they were still colorful. The whole garden was surrounded by warm tones, like a fairy tale world.
There are many viewing platforms and winding paths in the park. You can overlook the whole garden from a high place or get close to the charming kochia. In addition, pink muhly grass and other colorful flowers are scattered among them, which are very suitable for taking photos.
Huakai Haishang Ecological Park is located in Xiujing Village, Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every day. The ticket price is CNY 30, which can be purchased online in advance or on-site. In terms of transportation, it is recommended to take the high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Jinshan North Station, which takes only 18 minutes and costs about CNY 22. After leaving the station, it is less than 3 kilometers from the destination, and it costs about CNY 20 to take a taxi.

Compared to Jingdezhen, I prefer this small city listed by National Geographic
Having traveled to many places in Jiangxi, if you ask me to recommend one must-visit destination, I would suggest Shangrao. This small city, recognized by National Geographic, features Huangling, one of China's most beautiful villages, and Sanqing Mountain, a Taoist sacred mountain and World Natural Heritage site, along with many other hidden gems. It's truly worth spending a few days exploring.
📚 Travel Guide:
🚩 4-day, 3-night itinerary (see route in P4‼️)
🔸Day 1: Take a high-speed train to Shangrao Station → Wangxiangu, stay at Wangxiangu
🔸Day 2: Wangxiangu → Sanqing Mountain, stay at Sanqing Mountain
🔸Day 3: Sanqing Mountain → Huangling → Wunvzhou night view, stay in Wuyuan County
🔸Day 4: Hotel → Wuyuan Station, return by high-speed train
⚠️ For a more relaxed trip, consider staying overnight in Huangling as well, as the area is less crowded before 9 AM. After visiting Huangling, head to Wunvzhou for the night view. During the day, you can explore lesser-known ancient villages like Tancun and Sanyan Bridge.
📷 Must-visit Spots
✅ Wangxiangu (P1-P3): An ancient-style town built on cliffs, reminiscent of a fantasy world. It offers a unique atmosphere at dusk.
✅ Sanqing Mountain (P5): A Taoist sacred mountain and World Natural Heritage site, featuring stunning peaks, ancient trees, and misty clouds, showcasing nature's artistry.
✅ Huangling (P6, P7): Recognized as one of China's most beautiful villages by National Geographic, famous for its rapeseed flower fields.
✅ Wunvzhou (P8-P10): A must-see night view in Wuyuan, with magnificent architecture, bright lights, and spectacular fireworks. Don't miss the traditional iron flower performance.
📌 Tips:
❶ Wunvzhou is mainly for night views and not much to see during the day. It's close to the county, so staying there can save on accommodation costs.
❷ The distances between these attractions are not short, and public transport is not very convenient. It's recommended to rent a car and opt for a one-way rental, as the arrival and departure high-speed train stations are different‼️

No Special Forces! 3-Day 2-Night Family Trip to Changsha
I just got back from Changsha with my kids, and I really felt the enthusiasm of the people of Changsha.
I want to take my kids to check in and play, but I don't want to be too tired.
Save this guide■ and take your time to experience a different Changsha!
"My Day Tour Route"
Day 1: Bisha Lake Subway Station - Meixi Lake Knot Bridge - Huangxing Square - Wuyi Square
Day ❷: Meixi Lake Art Center - Yuelu Mountain - Orange Isle
I took my kids to these places:
1️⃣ Orange Isle
2️⃣ Meixi Lake Knot Bridge
3️⃣ Wuyi Square
4️⃣ Bisha Lake Subway Station
5️⃣ Huangxing Square
6️⃣ Yuelu Mountain
7️⃣ Meixi Lake Art Center
💢💢💢
Traveling with kids, rest is so important~ I chose the [The Luxury Collection Changsha Jinmao Hotel], which is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel service is very warm, and you can rest well while traveling.
📍Location
It is very close to the subway station, and the subway line 2 goes directly to it. Next to it is the Meixi Lake Art Center, which is very close to Orange Isle, Yuelu Mountain, and the Chinese Knot Bridge. It is very convenient to take photos and check in. Wuyi Square is directly accessible by subway.
The hotel room is spacious, and the Meixi Lake Art Center is right outside the window, with a great view! The bath is Byredo, the bathrobe is flannel, and there is Asuri magazine!
The children's favorite is the hotel's pet park, where they can play for a long time: horses, deer, alpacas, lop-eared rabbits, piglets, etc. can all interact, and there is also a small playground next to it.
The hotel's infinity pool is really romantic, with a great view, and the gym and spa are also very good. The lobby bar combines elegance and modern design. When you are tired of playing, you can have an afternoon tea with both looks and taste. The design is full of Changsha culture, and you can see the little thoughts everywhere.
Restaurant🍴
The dining environment of the Wild Restaurant on the first floor is very comfortable, with a wide variety of food in the morning, and it is very delicious. My two kids are very satisfied with the food every day! The dinner buffet is very complete, with a variety of global dishes, and you can also eat local Hunan cuisine! There are also various internet-famous restaurants around the hotel.
I really love Changsha, wait for good weather, and set off again on a weekend~

🛏️【Room Facilities】
The room was clean and tidy. 👌 It was more than enough for a family of three. The room was fully equipped. It was so pleasant to sit on the bay window and drink tea while enjoying the view.
🍜【Food Experience】
The hotel breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of food, including Guilin rice noodles. 😋 The restaurant also has a great view of Guilin, so you can enjoy the scenery while you eat. It's really pleasant! ☕️

✅ Anti-theft article
Always remember to bring a mobile phone lanyard when you go to London! It can greatly reduce the probability of being stolen my friend and I did not encounter thieves throughout the whole process ~
⚠️ suggest hanging a mobile phone lanyard ➕ dumpling bag in front of the body, it will be much safer!
⚠️ Keep an eye on everything you own. There are a lot of thieves out there!
⚠️ don't recommend carrying a backpack 🎒 easy to be stolen! Crossbody bags should also be in front of you to be ok
⚠️ Remember the fanny pack must be carried in front of you the whole time, once you go to the side or the back it can be dangerous!!!!
⚠️ pay special attention to not use the mobile phone should also be held firmly, or may end up with only empty phone case
⚠️ usually go out with only mobile phone lanyard, mobile phone, charging treasure, bank card, sunglasses lipstick sunscreen, etc., and student card
⚠️ In short, watch your mobile phone, bag and bank card throughout London! It's easy to lose things!
This trip to London has come to a successful end, the big city ➕ capital is really worth a visit! London has a lot of things that Edinburgh doesn't have, but the overall pace of the city is much faster than Edinburgh! Both cities are beautiful, long-lost bustle vs. quaint serenity, each with their own characteristics ✨.
