The room was clean and the service was good. The amenities were also good in the vicinity of the hotel with there being a sauna as well as multiple pools

I originally checked the reviews and didn't have high expectations, but when I arrived, I found it was better than I imagined. The property rights of this hotel should be divided into three hotels, and there will be different stickers on the doors of each room to distinguish them. There are also three counters in the lobby on the first floor, but Jackson's is probably the most important. The appearance of the building says Jackson's. The hotel is in a good location next to the park. Although there may be many guests because we checked in on a Saturday, parking spaces are not guaranteed. However, the front desk was able to communicate in basic English and guided us to a nearby free parking area. Thank you very much! Although the room is not big, it is well cleaned and very clean. The bedding, sheets and pillowcases are very nice to the touch.

Very very noisy place bcs of teenagers making party all night. No sleep possible. Overheated room without regulation. Bed covered with black hair. Never again.

The location was good. The hotel was impressive. However, the rooms were a little tight. The worse thing was the air-conditioning which didn't work. Don't know if the temperature is all centrally set or what?Other than that, (the air-conditioning issue) it was a very nice stay. The staff were very good. Some of them spoke English perfectly, which is fantastic. They were also very helpful, which we appreciated.

Our check-in was pretty straightforward, no surprise since we stayed here in the past, staff are pretty cold and disinterested, not rude, just cold. My family enjoyed the last trip so we returned. Our room was as expected, with one exception, the mini kitchen was supplied with utensils, and pots and pans previously, not anymore. The hotel has an interesting HVAC system, the twin suites have a master bedroom loft, and adjacent bed over looking the ocean, very beautiful and relaxing, unfortunately the hotel switched the A/C off and put the heating system on, this made the loft area very warm, I tried to adjust the multiple thermostat controls, but was unaware the AC main was off. The in room phone system was turned off, so the only option was to trek up to the main desk. The front desk clerk and I went back and forth with translators, till I got the Heating system information. I thanked the clerk and headed back to reverse the thermostat settings which did help, along with leaving the glass door to the ocean patio open. Crisis averted, the sounds of the ocean was blissful. The next day we returned to a nicely cleaned suite until I noticed a large piece of chewed gum left on the display shelf, trust me it was gross, I asked my family if anyone left this? I knew the answer before asking, no one in my family are gum chewers. It then became clear the someone in house cleaning left it there, never seen that before on all my travels. When checking out I mentioned the AC/Heater issue as well as the chewing gum issue, and to no surprise to me, there was no interest, discussion or maybe even a halfhearted we apologized for the inconvenience? Nope not at Sun Cruise, the clerk just motioned for the next person in line, I actually laughed, shook my head a little and headed out the door. The one positive thing we took away was, we unanimously decided to never return to Sun Cruise,

It was a nice hotel, close enough to a lot of recreational activities but far away enough to be quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and affordable. Convenience was attached to the building so you have everything you need. 😊

I recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter. The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day. One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

It was so comfortable and nice. I want to come again next time~ I recommend it. There are many leisure facilities everywhere, so I like that I can buy souvenirs, play games, and use the sauna~

I wanted to meet the manager and say hello, but in March, I had to cancel on the same day at Agoda, but Agoda said it was not allowed due to policy, so I almost lost 150,000 won... I was really, really upset, but fortunately Sokcho I-Park processed a refund, so I was sorry for no reason. Still, I remember feeling good about it~!!!! Then, in April, I went to the big room with my brother's family and had a really delicious breakfast~!! This May, I went on a trip with my boyfriend and had a great time. There is a lot of talk about the elevator problem, but I understand the situation of the hotel as I go to the busy area around Sokcho... I think there is nothing I can do and if I go to Sokcho, I will always use it~!!! I also preached to people in Jeji through Sokcho I-Park~!! I really don't want to brag about this place, but it's very clean for the price, the refrigerator is big, the bed is clean, the view is good, and the biggest advantage is that the bathroom is as good as a Shilla Hotel~!!!! TMI, you must eat breakfast~!!!! I highly recommend the bibimbap ㅠㅠ!!!!!! Use the red pepper paste seasoning ㅠㅠ The staff are all very friendly, and sometimes the customers are not abusive... but abusive... It makes me frown... It's an extreme job... ㅠㅠ I can't believe it. It was long. I have only good memories of the I-Park Suites and Very Berry Suites Hotel~!!!!!!! After summer is over, I will go and visit again in the fall. Be happy and stay healthy haha. While planning a hot spring trip I had a great trip through Trip.com The building is a bit old, but the rooms are well managed, so it was a neat and clean accommodation I used it well at a low price including breakfast I used the indoor sauna, indoor hot spring, and outdoor spa for 2 people This part was a discount for guests, so it was 35,000 won per person, and 2 people used it I paid 70,000 won on site If this amount is burdensome, there is hot spring water in the room, so that alone will be enough to satisfy you ~^^ The floor of the room was really warm and nice I recommend it for family trips It was nice to see the children having fun running around in the outdoor hot spring even in the cold weather ~^^

It is located in downtown Gyo-dong, so it has good accessibility, the surrounding area is very comfortable, and there are no entertainment facilities, so it was very nice. The neatly organized rooms and rooftop were also very attractive. In addition, as new apartments are concentrated in the Yucheon district near the hotel, various living convenience facilities are being built one by one, and I am very satisfied overall.

The room was excellent, huge, clean, and furnished. They also had small kitchen, microwave oven, big fridge, and a washing machine! It’s good for those who want to stay for over 2-3 nights with a friend. You can cook a small meal or throw a little night time party. The place is best for long holiday especially New Year.

It’s a great hotel that provides a lot of services. You don’t need to go outside but there are no toothbrushes in the room which I thought was going to be part of the package

Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It is walking distance to the day & night market so it was very convenient. Making ourcwayvto the beach was easy too. The hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly. We had nice walks around the hotel and enjoyed everything about the hotel and whatever is around it. Had a great chill holiday in Gangneung.

강릉 여행중 정동진 일정이 있어 새로 생긴 솔라뷰 호텔&리조트를 선택했습니다 생긴지 얼마 안됐다하여 기대가 컸지요 엄마와 함께한 여행이라 강릉 시내에 머물까했는데 새로 오픈한곳이라하여 너무 가보고싶었어요 선택은 엄마가 했지만 적극적인 어필은 바로 나! 유명한 썬크루즈 바로 위에 위치한 솔라뷰 객실이 엄청 많았어요 제기억에는 279개의 객실이 있다는... 일단 진짜 호텔이다 여긴 말로만 호텔이 아니네 이런기분? 체크인 하는 로비에서 직원분 엄청 친절하세요 기분이 좋았어요 로비에 gs25편의점 비비큐 또 뭔가 하나 있었는데 기억이 잘.. 우리가족은 4층에 머물렀어요 뷰는 주차장뷰였습니다 ㅋㅋ 제개인적으로는 뷰는 크게 중요하지 않았어요 객실은 아담하니 좋았고요 전자렌지 건조대가 있었으며 냉장고도 빌트인으로 새거라 크고 깨끗했습니다 방에 처음 들어갔을때 서늘했는데 한시간정도 지나니 방 엄청 따듯했어요 엄마가 너무 좋아하셨어요 욕실 수압 좋아요 비데있어요 딱 한가지 단점을 꼽자면은 욕실 배수구가 좀 잘못된거같아요 배수가 원활하지 않아서 이용하기 불편했어요 가족여행하면서 너무 편하고 좋은추억을 남기고 온거같아요

The first time I opened to Korea, I booked a hotel close to the subway. I thought that the subway was convenient to go out downstairs. After checking in, I found that the hotel room was very good, corresponding to my needs, Cost-effective, downstairs is a variety of food, convenient, come back next time.

Not far from downtown Gangneung. The view of the Korean fishing village is right rather than the sea view. The view of the sea with a small harbor is also ok. Sunrise in the morning. The order itself is small, but it is central to it, so it is a good choice for walking nearby restaurants. As other reviews say, the runner window is narrow. If you come in late, you should stop on the nearby roadside. There is a convenience store right across the street. The interior is clean. The bed is not inconvenient and the noise is blocked well. Good to have a veranda and a comfortable chair. The condition itself is evaluated by the middle of the motel and the hotel. There is about 30% of the atmosphere of the motel. ^^ Still quite a decent hostel.

First of all, the cleanliness was the best. Parking was convenient because the underground parking lot was full, so you could park in the empty lot right in front. The view was of the ocean, but it didn't look that good because of the apartment right in front.

The amount I paid for our three days staying at the hotel paid off. Its cleanness and amenities were excellent, its location to the nearby restaurant was very convenient. The ocean view was phenomenal. Parking guide was there 24/7 and I liked it very much. The front desk girls were very nice and polite. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars rated plus

The service of the hotel is very good. Although it is not big, it is enough for two people. It has everything you need and you can store your luggage. There is a GS25 downstairs which is very convenient. It is not far from the bus station and Daiso and Emart are nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to the beach, E-Mart, and the bus station. There is also a bus downstairs that goes directly to Seoraksan. The front desk is also very friendly. The swimming pool on the roof is a little expensive, but the view is great. There is a 711 and a restaurant downstairs. The only downside is that the waiting time for this elevator is too long, especially during peak hours.

After using Waterpia, it snowed a lot, so I made a quick reservation. I hadn't even thought about it, but it was clean and comfortable. Non-face-to-face check-out was also convenient. The location is good and the amenities are good, so I used it well. It suddenly snowed, so the snowy scenery was really great. It was awesome!

The night we checked in, the TV wasn't working. The next morning, no hot water running when taking shower. They led us to free sauna though. Clean room with comfy table to have dinner in the room. Have a sink and washing machine. Location was perfect, very close from downtown Sokcho.

Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

After comparing all other booking channels, I booked through Trip.com because it was the cheapest. I was satisfied with the price. I heard that it hasn't received any star ratings yet, but it seems to be at least 4 stars. The ocean view is wide enough for a deluxe king, and the jacuzzi is especially big enough for two people. The ocean is not visible at night, but you can enjoy it very leisurely during the day. If you want to enjoy the ocean view, check in early and enjoy it on the sofa until the sun sets!! Very satisfied.

As the title suggests, it was the best resort in the East Coast area, which was the best resort in the East Coast. The resort is now a bit old, and the water park is small, so it is a bit shabby compared to Soccio Hanhua Condon or Dae Myung Ocean World. The only advantage is that there is a private beach, but the water is relatively cold, and it is only a month or two in summer. As a person who visited almost every year, every season, 5 or 6 years ago, I wonder how we will improve in the future ...

Dignity Hotel is located right next to the ocean, so for sea-loving folks, this is the place for you! Naksan Temple is 20mins away, but the beautiful ocean will keep you occupied while you stroll over. Room-wise, the room is very spacious, with a large walk in dressing room and a lounging area. It is also very quiet at night (it is the countryside after all!) and you will be guaranteed a good rest. Amenities around the areas are sparse as it is still low-season (for instance, the nearest well-stocked convenience store is 20 mins away). So I recommend to purchasing the morning buffet at the hotel restaurant so you wouldn’t go hungry in the mornings while thinking about where to explore. Regardless, I expect the area to be much more accessible during the high-season of summer, so plan accordingly! All in all, if I return to Yangyang, Dignity Hotel will be my first choice in selecting a place to stay. I had a wonderful time there.

I booked a family room to go to Naksansa Temple. I was able to register my car before taking a number and checking in. The beach is also free parking. The cafe offers a discount for guests at Latte and Americano. All the staff are very friendly. However, one of the bed sheets looked a little washed, and the wet sauna room inside the seawater sauna needs some work. That's why I lowered my rating. The hotel is old, but it seems to be well managed. Please do something about the wet sauna room in the bathroom... It's a room for 4 people, but breakfast is included for up to 2 people, so I purchased an additional person when checking in, and there is a discount for guests staying at the breakfast and sauna. Breakfast is 25,000 won, but it's great for this price. The merit is that it's directly connected to the back gate of Naksansa Temple. I went there for this reason. The background of the photo is Naksan Beach, the sunrise seen from the accommodation, and the ocean seen from Naksansa Temple.

The location is far from famous tourist attractions, but there is a small but nice ocean right in front, so it seems good to play quietly. I chose the ocean view for the 10,000 won difference, and I was able to see the sun rise right away. Since it is a new building, the interior facilities are clean, and the microwave is in the lobby, which is a bit inconvenient, but there is a washing machine, electric kettle, and induction in the room, so it would be good to cook something simple. The refrigerator with separate refrigerator and freezer is also large. There is a double bed, but the floor space is not much, so the table/chair is flimsy. Since there is a terrace, it would be good to bring a folding chair/table and play outside. Parking is only on the 3rd floor, but it is a bit difficult to take in and out. If there is a space, it would be good to just park in front.

I stayed there for 2 days and 1 night and got Deluxe suite 113. Ours was 2 bedroom with living room, kitchen, tv, and small veranda. There were complimentary drinks, coffee maker and tea available. The room was so spacious. We have extra futons/mats! Our meals were so healthy and delicious (salmon, chicken breast in turmeric, veggies and mushrooms). They also have carbonated hot springs and wellness programs like yoga and meditation. How to get here? If you are coming from Seoul, you can take the bus. From Yangyang Bus station, you can just take the taxi. There are foreign taxis in Yangyang. Drivers are so nice and friendly.
