In Osaka, you will have the opportunity to experience the traditional tea ceremony under professional guidance and feel the essence of Japanese culture.

Hometown of Japanese Tea Saint Sen no Rikyu: Osaka has a profound tea ceremony culture. Here, you can visit Sen no Rikyu's tea house "Taian" and experience the tea ceremony ceremony passed down by the authentic tea ceremony school. The tea ceremony is not only a way to drink tea, but also a spiritual purification and artistic enjoyment.

Rich course content: Osaka's tea ceremony courses are rich in content, including the history of the tea ceremony, etiquette, the use of tea utensils, and the making of matcha. You will have the opportunity to make matcha by yourself and learn how to taste tea correctly. In addition, some courses also include kimono experience, allowing you to feel the charm of the tea ceremony while wearing traditional clothes.

Teachers and teaching quality: Most of the tea ceremony teachers in Osaka are senior tea ceremony masters with rich teaching experience and profound tea ceremony attainments. They are not only proficient in tea ceremony techniques, but also know how to impart the spirit of tea ceremony to students. The teaching method focuses on combining practice with theory to ensure that every student can master the basic essentials of tea ceremony.

Well-equipped: Tea ceremony experience venues in Osaka are usually located in traditional tea rooms, with an elegant and tranquil environment. The interior of the tea room is decorated in authentic Japanese style, with tatami mats, creating a quiet atmosphere. The tea utensils are fully equipped and professional, including traditional tea bowls, tea whisks, tea kettles, etc. These tea utensils are carefully selected and maintained to ensure that you can experience the authentic tea ceremony.

Experiencing the tea ceremony here not only allows you to gain an in-depth understanding of Japan's traditional tea culture, but also allows you to feel the unique regional characteristics of Osaka.

Osaka Japan

#celebratewithtrip if you are going to Osaka Japan you can consider staying here for about 2-3 nights. some places you can consider to visit would be the famous dotonburi. over here there is an ichiran ramen shop which I suggest you try as the ramen is really good but please be patient as there will be a long queue and you will need to wait. but turnaround time is quite fast so not to worry about that. visiting shinsekai should also be on your list as the night neon lights make everything quite pretty hence it is good for pictures. I also visited the Osaka castle. the structure is nice and you can take many beautiful pictures here.

Universal Studios Japan at night

Take a moment to remember January of 2022, when Japan closed its borders and USJ wasn't that congested. Queues moved so quickly that if you wanted, you could ride every ride in a single day. It was an eventful period of time. Now that borders are open to tourists as well, I hope everyone would be able to visit and enjoy USJ. #throwback #japan

Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba: Family Accommodation with Free Hot Spring Bath.

Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba, located close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, is a favorite among families traveling to Osaka for its family-friendly and affordable accommodations. The hotel welcomes children under the age of six to stay for free without extra bedding, allowing families to save on accommodation costs, offering great value for money. Its location next to shopping streets like Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Nipponbashi is also a significant advantage; guests can easily return to the hotel to rest after a day of shopping. There are plenty of supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores nearby, and the hotel's facilities are modern. Additionally, there is a complimentary public bath on the rooftop for guests to enjoy.

Cherry Blossoms at Osaka

Osaka Castle, one of the most popular spot for view the cherry blossom bloom, was built in 1583. The Osaka Castle Park with a castle tower at its center is considered the best place for viewing cherry blossoms in Osaka, as it was selected as one of "Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots" There are about 3,000 cherry trees planted in the park, including Yoshino cherry trees, mountain cherry trees, weeping cherry trees and many other kinds. You should devote half a day, or at least 2-3 hours if you want to see everything. You can also view the castle tower surrounded by cherry blossoms from Nishinomaru Park, where about 300 Yoshino cherry trees bloom. Osaka Castle is easily accessible from the JR Osakajoukoen Station (JR大阪城公園駅) or Morinomiya Station (森ノ宮駅) and then walk for 2 more minutes to get there. Watching the Skycrapers

Watching the Skycrapers

This is an iconic landmark in the heart of Osaka with 108 meters high. Unfortunately there is only one elevator and therefore causing terrible traffic durinh peak hours. The observatory is at the fifth floor and you will be amazed by the view of Osaka. You can even spot the Abeno building. I also love the interior of the observation deck including the Billiken-san a statue believed to bring good luck. Explore every floors because you can see other exhibition displays. Entrance fee JPY 900 and you can pay JPY 1000 for the exciting slides

Jaws: The Ride

#thingstodo A good ride that should be on your list. While not thrilling, it is a ride that has entertaining value with animatronics and special effects. Get on a boat while being chased by the shark and having the driver navigate through the waters with their gun. Entertaining. Great for all ages. Lasts about 5 minutes. Line ups usually dwindle by end of day..
