Good location that is near the railway station. The room is in reasonable size as it is near the city center. Breakfast is good with fresh bread, fruits, and coffee. The chocolate fountain for free treats at the reception is really an attraction. Service at the front desk is superb. Will come and book the hotel again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome. The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note. Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead. Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service.

Hotel location is very convenient

Super quaint hotel close to everything you wanna see. There are tons of shops within walking distance, and the trams are just a few steps from the hotel. It’s was clean, quiet, and comfy. The staff are super friendly, and the hotel offers free water and soda. For the location, the price is great.

The location is absolutely superb! It’s close to the cable car station, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset over Zurich within minutes. There are supermarkets and various transport stops nearby, and a morning walk along Lake Zurich is incredibly relaxing and unforgettable. The main train station is just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient to travel to other cities.

When I arrived at the hotel, I looked at the high stairs on the first floor, and I was dumbfounded at the moment! Because when I booked the room, I especially noticed that the hotel has an elevator. The counter of the hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building, so I have to carry the luggage on the first floor to the 2nd floor. When I check in, I ask the hotel staff to assist in the luggage. The hotel staff of the girls is very good. Willing to help me move my luggage to the 2nd floor together, after all, I am traveling alone, and I really can't do it alone! I have an inquiry at the moment. Will someone help me carry my luggage to the 1st floor when I check out? The counter sister said yes! But  When I was going to check out, I asked the counter staff to help me carry my luggage down the first floor. This elderly elder said that his waist was not very comfortable. I asked if I could ask others to help me carry my luggage down the first floor. He answered me: I moved my own luggage! I heard it dumbfounded! How do I move a weak woman? And his attitude is very bad! I just saw a guest go downstairs, I asked the guest to help me carry my luggage to the first floor, okay? Fortunately, this rental guest is very good, helping me move my luggage to the first floor, otherwise I really have no way to carry my luggage alone! The location of the hotel is very good, the room is better than the photo, at this price, it is very reasonable! But it is still recommended that the hotel can have a service to assist with luggage, especially for women, the elderly and children need assistance! This is my heartfelt suggestion!

We came with two young kids and stayed for 3 nights. It was perfect! First of all, the location of the hotel cannot get any better - short walking distance from the train station, right in the center of the city, close to all types of public transport, and we were very pleasantly surprised to discovered that it is just across the street from a nice little cinema. The service was excellent. We came a little early, before our room was ready, but had free ice-cream in the lobby to keep us refreshed as we waited. The room was very spacious (although rather hot, despite the air-conditioning), and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return.

The hotel facilities are good. But I can't praise the service. We are foreign tourists, but they didn't provide us with the tourist card provided by the local government for foreign tourists, which can get free public transportation and special prices in museums. As a result, we spent hundreds of francs more. One of their front desk staff, who was probably a supervisor, also argued that when you checked in yesterday, there were other tourists checking in together. I thought you were together. We asked you and they didn't want it, so we thought you didn't want it either.

Swiss hotel, 3 stars is very good, the room is very clean, facilities are complete, the reception is warm and efficient, luggage can be stored, very close to the train station, ten minutes walk, breakfast can support scrambled eggs, fried eggs, if you stay in the room for consecutive days, you don't need to clean and send a small bottle of red wine, very good
