Zurich District 4-Aussersihl Hotels

Rooms very modern & great customer service. All facilities are great, especially gym is a full free weights gym, with big sauna, jacuzzi, steam, pool. 20 min taxi to airport. I requested a quiet room , was perfect away from main road.

The hotel is relatively young and has similarities to the moxy hotel, but the design and decoration are more attentive and the facilities are complete. It is a bit far from the old town.

I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

Not bad, location is quite good behind there is a coop supermarket walk around 10min to Zurich HB , a bit scary because in the middle of the night some one don't know who knock the door, so for those who travel alone especially girl, pls be aware, overall is quite good.

The hotel is a bit further from the Zurich hbf but it is a walkable distance, or alternatively you could take bus from the hbf. It is convenient as there is a COOP store downstairs which you could grab essentials there. There is one thing which we would like to point out is that there was no hairdryer in the room which we had requested during our stay and the management told us that there was high demand and couldnt provide one for us and said that they have placed orders for the hairdryers. Overall, we had a good two nights stay in Zurich!

The location is good and relatively quiet. Self-service check-in is very convenient and saves time. The hotel is also clean and it is only a five or six minute walk to a coop, which is quite convenient

Friendly and competent personnel. Interesting design concept. Nice hotel for business or couples.

The waiter on the first day was discussing me with another staff member. It didn't feel very good, but it gave me hot water. The waiter the next morning, asked him to check out. I do n’t know if there is a problem with the computer or the co-worker handover was not handled well. , But it still feels like ... Hotel facilities in general, mainly the room tastes a bit heavy, the carpet does not feel clean.

Helvetia Hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a much better experience than suggested by the photos on the booking site. The place is impeccably clean—even the shower screen was nearly spotless. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The bathroom was brightly lit and generous in size, with shampoo, soap and body lotion in different glass bottles. I particularly appreciated the cozy common room near the lobby, where guests enjoy a cup of Nespresso or tea, courtesy of the hotel. The location is convenient, with a large supermarket just a one-minute walk away and at least two cafes within walking distance. However, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main station, which might be a consideration for some travelers. Overall, it’s a solid choice, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zurich.

Numa | Turi was a perfect stay for me - the apartment was very clean, and the facilities in room are new and well kept. Amenities in the apartment are great - the free luggage storage was a gamechanger as it allowed me to explore Zurich without having to drag my bag around. Location is great - bus to Zurich HB is frequent (takes about 5 min and comes every ~5 min), with that, it is also very much possible to walk to Zurich HB. There are some things to note: - the area has a lively night life, so may get quite noisy - washing machine & dryer are available in building but not free however, can be paid online. They are CHF 5 & CHF 4 accordingly
