No one answers the phone. There was no hair dryer. Emails are answered immediately, but the response takes several hours or is never implemented.
Access is good and the rooms are reasonably clean.

Great location and close to Oerlikon train station.
The apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen. The apartment even has a small balcony.
Perfect for staying overnight before a flight or for a day or two of sightseeing in Zurich.

Nothing is perfect no air conditioner which they mentioned no hair dryer nothing is perfect pillows are old and stinky no soap no shampoo nothing chairs and sofa was full of stains overall not a good place to stay with a family last but not the least it was so noisy that you can’t sleep at night

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and felt very good. The location is not far from supermarkets and McDonald's. It is very convenient for eating and buying daily necessities. I really appreciate the hotel.

Nicht zu empfehlen.
Die Unterkunft wirkt heruntergekommen. Alles ziemlich schmudlig. Duschbrause ist undicht. In der Duschkabine Schimmelpilz. Zu wenig Kleiderbügel vorhanden ( bloss 3 ). Das schlimmste der Zustand des Sofa: Flecken ohne Ende. Nicht einmal das Gepäck stellt man dort ab.
Wir kommen bestimmt kein 2. Mal. Wenn das der Massstab von Swiss Star ist, dann gute Nacht...........

The manager was possibly the most uncooperative and arrogant one that I have encountered in decades of business travel around the world. The manager was unwilling to do anything at all to solve a legitimate and significant problem that I had with the booking, even after repeated requests, though it would have been easy for them to do so and would have cost them nothing. The phone number that they provide just results in a couple of minutes of music playing and then hanging up, no matter how often or at what time of day you call it. I shudder to think of what happens when a guest has a problem with their room whose solution actually calls for some effort on the manager's part. (I see now that the one earlier Tripadvisor review reports a very similar experience. I wish I had read that review before booking!)

I’d highly recommend this place. Location is close to the train station, dining, & grocery stores. Apartment was quiet, clean. & safe. Comfy bed & good size shower.
