Staff are nice.
Glad to have free ice cream offered which is excellent.
Less than 10 minutes walk to the train terminal, and just near to the poly bahn, very convenient.

It was a hot day, so I was given a room facing the street. It was a bit noisy to sleep with the window open. Although the hotel provided earplugs, everything else was just so-so. It was average.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome.
The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note.
Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead.
Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service.

Minimalist hotel with clean rooms. 5 mins walk from railway station. Free tea, coffee and water service. Microwave available to heat up food. Superb continental breakfast. Definitely a plus hotel

First of all, I arrived at the time when I had to do self-check-in, but I couldn't even go in on a cold day because they gave me the wrong number for check-in. It was a really awkward situation. Fortunately, I was able to go into the lobby while other guests were leaving and make an emergency call on the lobby phone. The response was good after that, but I was really embarrassed that they gave me the wrong number. What would have happened if the guest who was leaving hadn't been there... Breakfast was a pretty good vegan meal, so there was no ham~~

It was not a cheap hotel, but I guess for Switzerland standards it’s normal. The room is very small, bed is also not comfortable. Location is great, Breakfast for me was really just basic.
