The stay was overall fine — the room was okay and the location convenient. However, it was surprising that there wasn’t even a kettle available in the room. A small touch like that would have made the experience more comfortable, especially for those who like to make tea or coffee in the morning. And the room is tiny!

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of major attractions. Lake Zurich is beautiful, and the train at the central station is also very convenient. Switzerland is expensive, and the food is really not my cup of tea…

The location is very good. It's just a short walk from Zurich Central Station and there's a tram station right in front. However, it's uphill so it's a bit difficult to carry a suitcase from the station.
The hotel was very clean, both in the common areas and in the rooms. It was quite small. It was fine for one person, but it seems like two people wouldn't be able to open a suitcase.
The only disappointing thing about the room facilities is that there is no refrigerator or kettle. There is a kettle at the reception that you can boil yourself, but it's inconvenient when you suddenly want to drink tea. The tap water is drinkable, so I boiled water to make tea, but it was disappointing that it was a bit disappointing. I wish there was a microwave.
The man at the reception was very kind. Some people were a bit smug, but not unpleasant.
