The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main train station and major attractions. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, offering free luggage storage. The room was compact and clean, with separate wet and dry areas and a powerful shower. Highly recommended.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. The quilt in the room was a thin sheet-like duvet without a quilt insert. When I asked the front desk, they said it was the only type available. There was no air conditioning, and I caught a cold after two nights. On the second night, all the outlets in the room didn't work. I called the front desk, and they said someone would come fix it. After waiting for over two hours, no one showed up. I asked if we could change rooms, but they said they had no rooms available and I had to wait for a repairman. The repairman finally arrived the next morning.

There's really only one bed, and there's no small refrigerator or safe. It's not far from Zurich HB, but you have to walk uphill. At this price in Switzerland, there's really nothing to complain about.

The hotel is average. In fact, the price is much more expensive than the previous one, but there are not many choices.
