This is not a five-star hotel at all
This is a hotel apartment, or a homestay

The heating in the master bedroom is broken. In winter, the room is very, very cold
Called the hotel manager to repair it. At first, it was less than 10 o'clock in the evening. We were notified several times. The repair came more than ten minutes later. We kept waiting, but no one came! It was not until after 10 o'clock that we contacted the hotel again. The hotel said that the workers went off work after 10 o'clock and could not repair it. This is the only way for today.

The unit is impeccably decorated and in a great location. It was incredibly overpriced however. The lighting system was very odd and could benefit from better instructions. The whole house lights up if anyone moves- highly inconvenient at night when people are trying to sleep!

The apartment exceeded any expectations and anything else I have ever stayed at. Spotless clean. Very comfortable with all amenities I could wish for. James was always extremely friendly and responsive. Always responded to any request and wish almost in realtime.
