Very convenient to public transit. Decent selection of restaurant options nearby. Bed was comfortable. Lighting was terrible. No washcloth.

Lost my kids bag in the apartment, response was terrible and after numerous follow up, response was couldn't find the bag, it's like adding insult to injury. The bag was definitely left in apartment

住宿一帶交通選擇多，往市中心還是機場都是方便快捷。此外，住宿提供的設施充足，基本上能滿足大部分住宿需求。不過房間提供的物品和設施的清潔度需要提高，以這次住宿體驗而言，吹風機表面很黏，讓人不想使用之餘還令我在洗澡後因為這吹風機而需要額外清潔雙手；另外廚具/餐具的清潔程度稍為不足，比想像中還更花工夫清潔後才使用。

It is a good apartment with what we need for a family of four people. It was clean and comfortable beds. Not close to city center, but close to a train station to connect. Easy check in and available parking (we didn't use it). We recommend it as an option in Zurih

Das Apartment ist eine Zumutung! es ist dreckig, die Schränke wurden nicht mal angeschaut, geschweige denn gewischt (socken lagen noch in den schränken), überall Haare und Dreck. Auf dem Balkon lagen noch Zigarettenstümmel. Wischer oder Feger für den Boden fehlen. Keine deckenlampe, die Beleuchtung ist mehr als düster. Das Bett ist durchgelegen, mam spürt jede Feder. Ich würde nicht mal 10chf pro Nacht zahlen für den Zustand hier. Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Apartment am wolframplatz gebucht. Aber das wurde ohne Info an mich storniert weil visionapartments.com die Bezahlung nicht zuordnen konnte. Es gibt keine Antwort auf drei Mails die ich geschrieben habe. Erst nach mehrfachen anrufen, wurde ich in dieses Apartment umgebucht. Ich werde gegen diese Buchung rechtlich vorgehen!!!
