The only positive aspect of this serviced apartment is that the entrance is right next to the Giesshubel train station, making it convenient for the city center and a Co-op supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. The rest was a disaster: Self-service check-in was provided, and booking through Ctrip didn't include any notification. This serviced apartment had no reception or staff at all. After contacting Ctrip, I was told I needed to email the hotel to check in online, but I didn't receive a response. I eventually searched the hotel's official website on Google and found the check-in area. I uploaded my passport and the booking confirmation number sent by Ctrip, and finally was able to check in. On the day of check-in, the system automatically emailed me a 6-digit code for access to the main entrance, room, and other amenities. If I hadn't seen the flood of extremely low reviews about this hotel apartment on other platforms beforehand, I wouldn't even have been able to get through the door. The only mention of "Self Check-in" during booking was the hotel name in English on the booking screen. The hallways were dirty, the room layout was poor, the curtains were incomplete, several lights were broken, there was no air conditioning, so it was very hot in the summer, and the included fan was quiet and noisy. The pillows were only filled with cotton, completely losing their function. The shower head was cracked and nearly cut my hand, and the hot water needed to run for at least five minutes. The kitchen lacked dishwasher tablets, and the power outlets were poorly located, scattered in corners and few in number. The interior and exterior were both poorly cleaned. The Vietnamese food downstairs, the only nearby restaurant, was awful and unreasonably priced. The official promotional images the hotel provided to Ctrip looked good, but in reality, the facilities hadn't been maintained since opening. Finally, they sent an email a day in advance informing you that you must check out by 10:00 AM or you'll be charged extra. With the room rate and this experience, well... You can check out recent reviews of this hotel on Google. I suggest Ctrip avoid listing such abstract hotels.

The environment is good, but there is no air conditioning, so it is quite hot to live there in summer. There is a small fan inside. The room is quite large. Check-in is automatic and there is no service.
