Serice was good, Very help staff.
We found lot of dirt / tusses paper under the sofa. so, the Cleanliness has to be Poor.

The room is very clean and big, with one bedroom and one living room, which can accommodate two adults and two children. It can be said to be very spacious. The hotel is very close to Zurich Main Train Station. We bought a pass so we took the tram in and out. The station is right in front of the hotel, about two or three stops away, very convenient.
