There were ants on the carpet. I asked them to spray insecticide and they disappeared, but they were so small that I couldn't notice them. The only amenities were tissues. There were few breakfast buffets.
The accommodation cost was twice as much as a five-star hotel in Turin. I thought Switzerland was expensive.
It's only a few minutes from Zurich Central Station.

Switzerland suppose to be the best hospitality country in the world , but how come the front desk staff is so rule with no responsibility and very bad service ever .
Many complain from the customer about the Aircon and room no hygiene the floor are so dirty make my daughter allergic and bleeding nose .
We pay 500$ room with no Aircon and use Fan . Oh my god 😳😳😳😳😱😱😱😱
