Great stay, hotel have nice and simple design , heating floor. Cons the front desk isn't 24 hours, they will provide you code for the door.

Das Hotel ist mit viel Geschmack, liebe zu Details und hochwertigen Materialien eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist (für Zürich) spektakulär. Vom erholsamen Schlaf in den Hästens-Betten noch vollendet. Das Front-Desk-Team war zudem super freundlich und hat mir mit meiner Reservation flexibel weitergeholfen (aus Versehen hatte ich für das falsche Datum reserviert).

Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüsst. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und ansprechend gestaltet. Im schönen Bett habe ich wunderbar geschlafen. Das Restaurant im Haus bietet eine reiche Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für Stadtbesichtigungen oder für ausgiebiges Shopping.

Small hotel, and small room, but very comfortable bed. Nice restaurant, excellent breakfast and great staff. Well located, close to the Central station (less than 10 minutes walk) and the river. Direct train from the Airport to the Central station, which takes less than 15 minutes. Perfect for business in the center of Zürich.

Sehr angenehmer Empfang, super interessantes Haus, Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Perfekte Lage für Stadtaufenthalt. ideale Kombination von Hotel und öffentlichem Restaurant. Einziger Nachteil: fehlende Lese/Bettlampen.

I have stayed with Hotel Helvetia a few times now for business trips and have loved how flexible and supportive they are. I prefer to stay at smaller hotels, and they are very conveniently located -- a 15 min walk to the main train station or right next to a train stop that will get you there in just a few min. The staff have always been friendly, accommodating, and helpful on every trip. Thank you for always taking care of me and making sure I feel at home :)

This hotel was a let down for me and overpriced. Pros: close to train station - we could walk to/from but a bit of a way from old town. Cons: very small room, the floors seemed dirty, the room was set quite cold which we loved for sleeping but couldn’t figure out how to adjust during the day, and you got one very small pillow for sleeping. Ladies, bring your own conditioner but that’s most of Europe.

Dit hotel ligt vrij dicht bij het station en het centrum. Het is een vrij klassiek hotel met een moderen kunstminnend uitstraling. Erg leuk is het boek met lekkere en komische recepten van kunstenaars dat op de kamer ligt. het personeel is aardig. De kamers zijn prima. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. En de prijs is voor zwitserse begrippen redelijk.
