First, the cleanliness was terrible! The bathroom curtain was yellow, and there were hairs on the floor and even under the pillow!
Second, it was completely unsafe. The door glass was broken, and the right window only had a screen curtain, no curtains. People were constantly walking by outside, looking right into the room. The door lock was also very flimsy.
Finally, the check-in experience was terrible. The code box said it could be opened after 2:00 PM, but it didn't work until almost 2:30 PM. Finally, we realized it was broken and wouldn't open at all. A cleaning staff member came and tried to open it, only speaking Spanish. The cleaning lady couldn't understand German, French, or English...
I strongly recommend not staying here!

I am very disappointed with my recent stay here. I booked this accommodation 3 months in advance, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, several issues made my stay very unpleasant:
1. Despite my early booking, I was given a room on the upper floor with no lift, which was very inconvenient especially when carrying luggage.
2. Upon arrival, the password key provided was wrong. This caused a lot of stress, wasting my time and energy while trying to access my room.
3. I requested to borrow a Type J socket adapter since I was coming from abroad and needed it to charge my phone. Sadly, they refused to help, even though this is a basic necessity for international travelers.
4. It was summer and the room was very hot. I asked if I could borrow a stand fan, but they also refused this request, showing no concern for guest comfort.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer care. I hope the management will seriously improve their services, especially in assisting guests with basic needs.

Easy check in and great room. Beds were very clean and comfy with extra duvets. An iron was included in the room which was great and the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Location is near tram stop and only about 10min from the centre. Also great view from the room.

It’s a small studio that has stove & dining table! So you can cook + the toilet has bathtub! Great place just a little bit far from town!

A estrutura é boa e tudo estava limpo e organizado. A localização tbm é muito boa. Muitos mercados perto e fica a cerca de 2,5 km da estação central. A uma estação bem próxima. A avaliação só não fica boa porque não há ar condicionado e nem ventiladores disponíveis. Nos dias que ficamos, a temperatura estava em quase 36 graus, o que tornou o local insalubre. Se você for no inverno, vale a pena. Mas fuja nesse verão.
