Hello, when we were in the room and put my new Mac Book and 2 iPhone 16s on the table, the table top tipped over because it was no longer attached. The result is 3 screens damaged. Who will pay us for this damage?

The house is very old and dirty, very very noisy, the shower room is very small, the water outlet is very hot, I touched my arm and got burned. I don't know if it will leave a scar.

We booked from 10/25 to 11/04, room B is to the right of the back entrance to the building, the closest to the road and the fence. 1) No teaspoons and forks. At the main entrance to the building, the code provided was indeed suitable for access to the stairs. We did not find a room with the desired number on any floor. The phone support service did not answer the phone. In the end, we found a room with a separate entrance from the street on the 1st floor, but the number was slightly different from the one stated in the letter: the room was numbered B007, and the letter simply stated 007. There was also an electronic pinpad near the entrance to the room from the street, but the provided code did not work. We wrote a letter asking for help, they did not respond to it + the answer came that they would not read it at all. Later, we decided to try entering this code on a mechanical safe lock on the wall near the door. Suddenly, the safe opened and the keys to the room were in it. 7) The battery does not work, the floor is cold and it was cold in the room. Although the battery pipe near the wall was warm, that is, if you had a key, you could turn it on. 8) Hooks for things / towels are broken. 9) They do not answer the phone, no reply to the mail. Wi-Fi turns off from time to time. 10) Thin, worn-out pillows. 11) People smoke non-stop outside, it is impossible to air out the room properly. 12) Musty smell throughout the room. 13) Condensation on the metal door and everywhere. Because of this, black mold flies everywhere. If you leave it unattended for a day and do not air it out, then there is a lot of it on different surfaces, it is scary. 14) Very hot (slightly scalding) water from the tap, and the regulation is poor and it is difficult to adjust the optimal temperature, it jumps. 15) The toilet seat slides off. 15) They did not clean the room for the second time during the entire stay, and the first was after 3 days. A little more and there would have been not enough soap and shower gel, although there was plenty of toilet paper.
