I am very disappointed with my recent stay here. I booked this accommodation 3 months in advance, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, several issues made my stay very unpleasant:
1. Despite my early booking, I was given a room on the upper floor with no lift, which was very inconvenient especially when carrying luggage.
2. Upon arrival, the password key provided was wrong. This caused a lot of stress, wasting my time and energy while trying to access my room.
3. I requested to borrow a Type J socket adapter since I was coming from abroad and needed it to charge my phone. Sadly, they refused to help, even though this is a basic necessity for international travelers.
4. It was summer and the room was very hot. I asked if I could borrow a stand fan, but they also refused this request, showing no concern for guest comfort.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer care. I hope the management will seriously improve their services, especially in assisting guests with basic needs.
