It was Wedding Anniversary! Extremely bad service by Mrs Regula Brucker as she would not accept our critics due to a loud and disturbing event the whole night plus party next door at 1-4am. We could not sleep even escalating the matter did not help. Never again!

Nos alojamos durante 3 noches con nuestros 3 hijos. Tomamos la habitación de 2 ambientes y fue muy cómoda y amplia, tenía una lindísima terraza privada para descansar, tomar un café o incluso hemos cenado ahi. El desayuno fue la mejor parte de todas, servido en un lindísimo jardín, muy bien atendido y con diferentes opciones deliciosas para todos los gustos. El tranvía te deja a una cuadra y hay restourantes cerca y un supermercado grande a dos cuadras. Nos pareció muy bien ubicado y cómodo para ir en familia. Nuestro cmentario constructivo es que podría haber un ventilador para las noches calurosas y un poco mas de control sobre los huéspedes que suben las escaleras en horarios de descanso ya que son escaleras muy ruidosas. Agradecemos la linda y cálida estadía que tuvimos y en caso de volver a visitar Zurich sin duda volveríamos a elegir hospedarnos aquí. GRACIAS A TODO EL STAFF y especialmente a quien cocinó el desayuno que no pudimos agradecer en persona. Hasta pronto!

Very bad hotel mgt and bad service as no or little good manners. Are neither able to handle royal family nor international diplomats as « they just do not know! » (TripAdvidor wants me to write 200 Twohundred words….). Ok here we are: Never again!

One of the cutest Boutique in Switzerland ! The room was just perfect, I loved the quality also of the shampoo and conditioner. I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious. The Boutique is not far from central, you can have a nice walk around.
