Excellent hotel, very clean everywhere, including common areas! Upon check-in they provided an electric kettle and lots of small Lindt chocolates) the only downside is the sagging bed, after the first night my back hurt, then I got used to it.
Wi-Fi worked well, the staff was friendly

Great location not far from the station and walkable to the centre.
Mack on reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you whilst making genuine conversations and rapport.
The rooms were perfect with clean shared toilets. Especially on the 3/4th floor where they have been renovated.
The hotel bar was cheap and the breakfast looked good.

Good location, 15 minutes walk to the central station. Clean. The room has everything you need. 2 bathrooms on the floor. Towels are provided, there is shower gel in the bathroom. Cleaning every day. Breakfast is poor.

I booked a single room, but I paid extra to upgrade it to a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was quite big and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were also very clean! It was totally unexpected! The hotel is about 12 minutes walk from the station, and the location is very convenient.

The reception staff were very friendly and I was able to stay there with peace of mind. They also provided lemon water.
The room was very cute and I was able to relax. I was happy that they also had snacks.
There are no toothbrushes so you need to bring your own.
It is a 5 minute tram ride from Zurich Station and a 5 minute walk from there.
