酒店離蘇黎世中心地標大概走路15min左右，位置一般，周邊有個美術館，聽説還蠻大的。第一天前台遇到的工作人員熱情友好，第二天換了個年紀大一點不太友好，然後酒店很小，電梯的話帶行李箱最多容納二個人，房間也很小，不過這個是歐洲的通病吧。大堂有水和咖啡免費提供，房間裏有熱水壺。

This hotel is recommended. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The hot water is very hot. There is free black tea, water and coffee on the first floor. The breakfast is also very good. Staff are passionate to help. Good to have luggages storage service as we arrive earlier before the check in time. Really close to Hottingerplatz. Washroom is big. Pillows are too soft. Can provide pillows with different softness. There is a spider found on one bed which scared us a little bit.
