This hotel is really the worst hotel. It is not humane at all. I strongly suggest you don't book this hotel! We had to reschedule because our flight was cancelled. Then, we proposed to them half a year ago, hoping to cancel the hotel. They insisted that we couldn't cancel it. Because when we booked it, we didn't know how it became non-refundable. It was half a year in advance. How could you have booked it with someone else? And from what I know, there is a shop selling stinky cheese downstairs. The smell is so disgusting that you can go and try it if you have money! I am satisfied with other hotels in Switzerland. You can go and read my reviews. The only one I sincerely suggest you don't step into is this one. If it wasn't for the poor business, how could they have kept the customers and refused to let them go? You can taste it yourself.

The hotel is not far from the train station, about ten minutes, and the location is convenient. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel is very popular. The room is OK, and the location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and Bahnhofstrasse. There is a COOP supermarket nearby, and it is very close to the popular Fondue store. The breakfast is good, with traditional bread, jam, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, juice, fruit and yogurt, etc. There are also salmon and various hams.
