This hotel has a little difference between the outside and the inside. The appearance is beautiful but the inside makes me feel a lot. In such a good hotel, I changed from the sea view room to the ordinary room when I checked in the wrong room. The word respect here does not reflect luxury and beauty on the outside. It does not mean bad reviews on the inside. I hope that the hotel staff in the future will be more tolerant, compassionate, friendly and respectful. The room was big and worm in winter was perfect
Everything was great even breakfast
Only WiFi signal was very poor always disconnected the WiFi
I think there are should increase the number of access point in order to have good coverage

One night stay
We had a perfect stay. Room was neat amd comfortable. My daughter received some welcoming gifts. We had diner at the restaurant which was really good. No complaints about the breakfast. We will definitely come back when in Zurich.
