The Ambassador is a newly renovated hotel just off the lake in Zurich. Old town and shopping just minutes away. Train station and tour busses a 30-minute walk Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi didn't work but got a passcode for the business WiFi instead. Television also had some issues (kept rebooting). But, we chalk that up to a new place. Everything else was great!

The combination of a prime location, luxurious accommodations, and the outstanding service from staff like Stefano, Ana, Tatiana, and Amy made our stay at the Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador Zurich truly memorable. Also, the continental breakfast is not to be missed! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich—it’s a perfect blend of luxury and hospitality.

Nice receptonist and warm welcom. Very comfortable bed to get a good sleep, but I don't like the religious books and statue were placed in the room.

1キングルームに宿泊しました。外観はヨーロッパらしい歴史ある重厚な雰囲気の建物です。非常に清潔なお部屋でとても居心地がよかったです。チューリッヒ中央駅からタクシーで行きましたが、路面電車の駅が近く、国鉄の駅Zürich Stadelhofen FBも徒歩5分程度と便利な立地です。チューリッヒ湖や市街地にも近く、ショッピングや食事もいろいろと楽しむことができました。とてもよいホテルでチューリッヒ滞在にまた利用させていただきます。

Utterly fabulous hotel by the lake in Zurich. Loved everything about it. The bed and pillows and linen were amazing. The cosmetics 10/10. The staff amazing. Perfect WiFi. Wonderful breakfast. I can’t wait to have the opportunity to go back!!

I give this hotel my highest recommendation! Originally, we booked when it was part of Hyatt and decided not to change when SLH was no longer part of Hyatt— so happy we kept the reservation. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were wonderfully kind and accommodating. The service was impeccable. We were upgraded and treated to a lovely Anniversary surprise. When our room A/C wasn’t working in 90 deg heat, they were very quick to change our room to an even more beautiful suite. The location is perfect for easily getting around the city or walking along the lake. We even took the train from the airport to the hotel— a 15 min train ride and 3 min walk from the nearby stop— couldn’t have been easier. If you’re headed to Zurich do stay here!
