This hotel is the best hotel in our trip to Europe. We stayed there for 4 days. When I booked the second time, there was only one person staying, but the customer service Maryem applied for the original room for me. Thank you very much. The hotel facilities are very good, but the lack of a refrigerator is the biggest regret. If they can provide laundry service, it will be perfect.

Check in was quite difficult and it took a long time before I could get assistance. They ask you to pay an insurance fee but it takes a lot of weeks before you get it back. I would definitely book elsewhere!

This hostel has many advantages.
It is on a hill, so it might be difficult for those carrying carriers,
and for older people or those who don't speak English well,
checking in might be a bit inconvenient.
