City Pop 2Night Zürich City - Self Check-IN

This hotel is all self service, no one there to help.  At 3pm, we check in and found no toilet rolls in the room, we WhatsApp the staff and their respond is slow. We are able to solve the problem ourselves as we saw the housekeeper outside.   Secondly don’t shower in the morning as there is no hot water, we WhatsApp staff and they told us there is some issue with the hot water and they are fixing it. But until we left the hotel it’s not fixed. Our flight is in the afternoon, we left our lugguage at their lugguage room but all the keys are gone so it’s not safe at all as your luggage is at your own risk without a locked box. But then we still left our baggage in the room as it seems safe that you need a code to get it to the luggage room. On the return to the luggage room, our access code already expired and we texted them again, they told us they made us an exception to extend our code but it still didn’t work,  we were in a rush to go to airport and told them to assist but no they were quiet again. luckily someone came in and we pledged them to use their code to open the luggage room door for us. Lastly one street away from the hotel is a street full of ******* and ppl selling drug. Google suggested us the route to take no 8 train and we passed by this road twice, it’s in the day time, we still find it very unsafe !   Do think twice before you book .

I have no idea. Just the price is good considering Zurich. And I had a problem with the power outlet.

It is a self check in apartment without reception desk. Room furniture and facilities are new and clean. Shower room is large.The central air conditioner inside thre room did not work properly. The noise generated from the traffic was disrurbing. The apartment is about 15 minutes from train station. A large supermarket is next to the apartment entrance. The

around 10 mins walk from ZurichHB easy to walk to two big luggage, hotel provide strong air-con which is good under a hot weather. the microwave oven is easy to use and we made ourselves a lovely dinner beddings are very good and soft luggage lockers are all full when I arrived (around 13pm) we put it in the room (not in the locker) very unsecured as the don't guarantee the safety of the luggage ( have a memo sticked on the wall) self check in is good but too rigid, i tried to checkin the room at 15:00 but still need to wait for the hotel to send the confirmation message to checkin the room . few street behind the hotel is a bit complex has stripping club and bar
