This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip. The advantages are as follows:
1 The kitchen has complete cooking utensils and tableware
2 The bathroom has a washing machine for washing clothes
3 There are two bedrooms. If you want your children to sleep in one room and you and your lover to sleep in another room, this hotel can satisfy you
4 The balcony is nice and feels good
5 Good value for money

The disadvantage is that it is still a bit far from the station. If you don't take the bus (I remember that the bus in Switzerland is quite expensive), it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from Zurich Train Station

Good location although walking up the slope could be a little tiring with luggage. There is a bus that could shuttle to the nearest bus stop which is just 2 minutes away from ema resident.
Apartment is spacious with all the necessary setup. Amenities well appointed with washing machine, dryer, over and everything you need.
8 min walk to Zurich Central station and make it convenient to go anywhere.

Apartment-style management, equipped with kitchen, washing machine and other equipment, large room space, overall very convenient and comfortable for long-distance travelers. The hotel has good service and is clean and tidy. Although it is more than 10 minutes' walk from the train station, compared with hotels near the train station, the price/performance ratio is still higher.

We had a great four nights at the EMA House on Beckenhofstrasse. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and feels far from the buzz of the city and yet the train station (including the Migros grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, crossing the river and through the Platzspitz park. The apartment itself is modern and clean. We loved having a microwave, fridge, oven and a washer-dryer combination in the bathroom.

Living like at home, with good equipment and good location. This is a nice experience when I stay in Zurich. I like the bathroom and the living room, pillows and bed are also nice. Next time when I to Zurich, The EMA house will be my first choice.
