公寓式管理，有廚房、洗衣機等設備，房間空間大，整體對長途旅行者來說非常方便舒適。酒店服務佳，衛生整潔，雖然離火車站要走10多分鐘，但對比火車站附近的酒店來說，性價比還是較高。

We enjoyed the stay. The staff were welcoming. The flat was clean and spacious. It was near public transportation and convenience store. The location was safe and quiet. However, the bed was very hard, extra firm which made it difficult to sleep.

The outstanding feature of EMA House for us was the helpfulness of the staff and their readiness to assist. The apartment was modern & well maintained & serviced. Having all amenities available such as washing machine/dryer & microwave & dishwasher made for a great stay. Position made it easy to walk to trains & bus station.

步行大約10分鐘可到Zurich HB，職員亦介紹可到附近Becken電車站坐電車到達，交通方便。 大堂有𨋢，但每次只能入兩個行李箱，因不是所有住宿有𨋢，所以這算十分方便。 可預先在網上check in，到達大堂後再聯絡職員登記入住取匙咭，職員友善有禮，介紹全面，有任何問題亦可隨時聯絡。 房間大及舒適，我們三人租了兩房一廳。 有兩個洗手間，浴室有洗衣乾衣機，廚房爐具及其他用具非常整全。 一星期會有三次清潔服務，我們租住4晚，期間進行一次清潔服務。 如到蘇黎世旅遊，推薦入住。

(+)The place is great with facilities that I needed: washer dryer, kitchen, 8 minutes walk from zurich HB, spacious accommodation (-) TV channels boring no English programmes, Netflix etc for entertainment

When we arrived in Zurich and contacted the EMA House, someone from the main office was there within a few minutes to walk us through the process. They were extremely helpful. Whenever we went to the main desk for supplies, etc. they were always courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

easy access from Zurich HB by tram 11 and 14 (2 stops) and 100 meter walk, nice new and clean unit, very suitable for family and group of friends for few nights stay ,facilities such as washer dryer stove fridge and microwave all fully equip

This apartment was so lovely. Great amount of space for two people with everything you needed. The coffee machine was a great addition as well as the washer dryer. It is a little bit of a walk into town but perfect if you have a car as the car park is easily accessible. It’s also in a nice quiet area. The staff were lovely and very helpful walking us to the apartment and explaining everything. I highly recommend this stay.

Really very good. Having a long experience with this kind of stay, I can say that. It's a pity that EWA only works in Zürich. Otherwise we would be more than happy to visit you in other cities, other countries, etc.
